该项目可在林区境内建立神农香菊种植基地，采用天然有机腐殖肥料施用、肥料生物发酵腐熟、微生物土壤改良、绿肥翻压养田、病虫害生物综合防治、无污染灌溉、增香减害烘烤等技术手段，大规模、大范围对神农香菊进行无公害、无污染培育。
