The main content included in the paper is as follows: The European identification methods of type of wave load is introduced and compared with the methods in Code of Hydrology for Sea Harbour. In order to reveal their difference, they are tested by the experiment data. The relation between phase and frequency are analysed through the Hilbert and wavelet transformations. And a new method of identifying the breaking wave load is set up based on the linear relation between wave height and wave press before the breakwaters. The probability distribution is tested by the statistic of experiment data. Based on the experiment data, the paper analysed the influence of reflection coefficient according to different factors, and its property is got. The work property of charmfered breakwater under breaking waves is analysed. Through the statisticof its wave press and wave force the distribution of press on the breakwater front face and its reducing effect to breaking wave force are proved.

本文基于此，通过实验研究，主要作了如下工作：介绍了欧洲波态划分方法，分析与我国方法的异同，通过实验进行了验证；通过 Hilbert 变换和小波变换对波浪破碎的相频特性进行了分析，通过建立波高与波压关系来判别破碎波浪力；对破波条件下波浪力的分布进行了统计研究，验证了其分布类型；利用实测资料，分析了不同因素对反射系数的影响，得出了不同周期、波浪要素、破碎率下反射系数体现的不同规律；分析了破碎波作用下削角堤的工作特性，通过对堤面所受的波压力和总力的统计分析，验证了压强分布规律及削角堤对波浪力的削减作用。

The preparation of immobilized enzyme: The inulinase, used in the fructose production from Jerusalem artichokes, and the glucoamylase, used in the glucose production from dextrine were chosen as samples. The comparative tests were carried out on specially designed setups for the immobilization of enzymes, and a synthetic evaluation was made of the quality of the immobilized enzymes.

固定化酶制备方法的选择：选定了降解洋姜液生产果糖工艺的菊糖酶及降解糊精生产葡萄糖工艺的糖化酶分别进行了不同方法的酶的固定化；设置了相应的实验装置，进行对比实验，研究了各因素对酶的固定化的影响；并对所制备的固定化酶的效果进行了综合评价。

There was significant difference in T lymphocyte proliferation between the TF treatment groups and the control groups (p＜0.01), and between TF from black-bone silky fowl and other treatment groups (p＜0.01). Significant difference was detected between TF from black-bone silky fowl and homogenous Cherry Valley duck (p＜0.01). The effect on T lymphocyte proliferation in vivo was markedly enhanced when taking oral TF in 24 h, and significant difference remained between the treatment groups and the control groups in 240 h.

The experimental group received 10 weeks of walking exercise training, at 50 minuets per session, 5 days per week and at a exercise intensity limit between 60% and 70% maximum heart rate. The control group received ordinary special education curriculums. All participants completed three times of the PACER（Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run）20-Meter Shuttle Run test and test for the average walking speed during 1600 meters:before the experiment started , after the experiment and the follow-up test at the fourteenth week of the experiment started. All results from these tests were recorded and analyzed by descriptive statistics; repeated measure t-test; the one way analysis of covariance .

实验组进行星期一至星期五每天一次，合计每周五次，每次50分钟，总共10周，运动强度为60％-70％最大心跳率的步行运动；控制组接受学校安排的特殊教育课程，两组学生在进行步行运动前、后以及实验处理结束后第四周，分别接受PACER渐进性心肺耐力跑-20 公尺和1600公尺的步行速度之测验，并将所得的成绩以描述性统计、重复量数t 考验、单因子共变数分析进行统计考验，评估实验处理之运动与维持成效。

Based on both the strong-weak model and the strong-strong model, the instability caused by ions in equilibrium is simulated, some useful results are obtained. The results include the relation between instability growth rate and neutralization factor, the relation between instability threshold and neutralization factor, and the incoherent tune shift, the tune spread, the ion cloud distribution, the ion loss mechanism, as well as the ion accumulation limitation in the storage ring. With this understanding, we have carried out theoretical and experimental study for some ion clearing methods and their effects for the HLS ring. The minimum static clearing voltage is determined through calculating beam electric field and measuring ion current.
