This thesis introduces the research history of sonoluminescence, the properties and equipments of single-bubble sonoluminescence and the factors affecting the amount of light emission. Based on the experimental realization of SBSL, the experiment in this thesis is to confirm the coherence between the emitting frequency and the driving cycle of SL. Under this feature ,we established the programme of the experiment that measure the angular correlations in SBSL , built the experimental devices and conducted initial measurements .Then we got the conclusion that there is a presence of non-spherical symmetry in the process of SBSL .

本文介绍了声致发光的发展历史，对单泡发光的特性和实现声致发光的设备进行了描述，对影响发光强度的要素做了概述；并在实现单泡声致发光的基础上通过实验验证了单泡声致发光的发光频率与驱动超声频率具有一致性的特点，根据这一特点确立了声致发光角分布测量的实验方案，建立了实验装置，并进行了初步测量，得到在声致发光的过程中存在着非球形对称状态的结论。

Methods: The telomerase activity in breast cancer cells and MRC-5 cell line were detected semi-quantitively by TRAP-ELISA assay. Virus proliferation as- say and cell viability assay were used to evaluate the proliferation and cytolysis selectivity of CNHK300, and the results were compared with those of wtAd5. The breast cancer cells were treated with CNHK300 combining paclitaxel to evaluate the killing effect of the combined regimen.

目前，国内高校的数字电路实验教学模式主要以2种方式进行：一种是完全采用常规的TTL逻辑器件(如逻辑门、触发器等中小规模集成电路)进行硬件连线测试，大多采用面包板或由多个双列直插座组成的各种实验箱。这种方式容易出现器件接触不良，接线不慎而烧坏芯片、电源等故障，学生实验课时得不到有效利用，影响对学生综合设计性实验能力的培养与提高。

At last, all related problems due to ship type and towing speed influencing the quality of captured images and results were discussed. A ship model with V-shape bottom and protruding keel might cause some disadvantages for PIV measurements. The use of longer laser light ducts extending deeper is a possible solution. A ship model with light yellow paint will cause the unproportionate of light and will cause white background on captured images. It is suggested to re-paint the ship model in black or dark colors to solve this problem. In high-speed test conditions, a ship model's bow waves entrain large amount of air bubbles into water and those bubbles will block the view of camera causing some random black spots in the images. Thus, it is necessary to remove the useless black spot data and repeat the same test condition if statistics requires enough number of images.

本文讨论建立此系统之技术及实验方法，设备的架置方式和配置为一可调性调整之开放式架构，质点施放方法以一自制的施放架於实验前先布置於测试段中，并制定一实验流程规范，再分别针对实验所得滑航型及排水量型船模的流线方向及切流线方向各不同位置及船速之速度进行流场分析；实验结果发现不同船型会造成不同的实验困难：船形上突起之龙骨及V形船底会遮住照明光线，可利用较深之导管调整光页角度改善；而浅色船模表面会造成光线的不均匀，可以更改船模涂装颜色改善；高速实验的气泡会不定点的遮住光线，须先除去无资料区域并使用更多资料组数来改善。

Under the guidance of my mentor, my study work consists of the investigation of laboratory animalstatus of 30 provinces all over the country, visiting about 20 institutes about laboratory animal science,review of the jurnals and magazines in this field lately 8 years, and browing through websets of morethan 20 institutes overseas. Summarized my experience on macro management in this field for manyyears, investigated and analyzed the development rules of laboratory animal science in China andabroad, and resumptively proposed my research results.

本人在导师指导下，对全国近30个省市的实验动物科学工作进行了资料调研，走访了20多家与实验动物科学有关的机构，查阅了近8年来有关实验动物科学的期刊杂志，浏览了20多家国外的实验动物科学网站，总结多年来从事实验动物科学宏观管理和具体研究工作的经验，全面分析研究了国、内外实验动物科学发展的状况及发展规律，概括提出了今后我国实验动物科学的发展思路和发展模式。

The wavelength resolution of the sensing measurement is 0.05nm. A novel FBG Bourdon tube sensor has been constructed, utilizing the pressure mechanic amplify function of Bourdon tube. The measured pressure sensitivity is two orders of magnitude higher than a simple monomode fiber with an in-fiber grating. Especially the pressure sensitivity of the sensor can be determined by changing the parameters of the cantilever beam. Adopting polymer package technique, we coat fiber Bragg grating by using polymer with different mechanic properties. Due to the driving effect of the polymer substrate, the enhanced pressure sensitivity is more than 20 times and 31. 7 times than that of a bare fiber grating. The packaged grating exhibits no significant chirp due to the adoption of special packaging technique.

全部采用国产元器件，成功地研制了掺铒光纤超荧光宽带光源，并将其组装成仪器；设计了利用可调谐FBG滤波器对光纤光栅传感信号进行检测的实验方案，对这一传感检测方案进行了理论分析和实验研究，由于采用了高性能的光电测量系统，传感测量的波长分辨率可达2pm，对应的应变分辨率为1.7με，在此基础上对FBG的波分复用传感特性进行了研究；对比调谐滤波检测技术，对光纤光栅可调谐光源波长检测技术进行了理论分析；采用长周期光纤光栅作为边带滤波器，对光纤布拉格光栅的传感信息进行解调，设计了一种全光纤传感测试系统，其波长分辨率可达0.05nm。
