Arbitrament:Any because of carrying out this contract or relevant origin the whole quarrels taken place by contract, both parties should in friendly way the consultation solve;If the consultation can't solve, should hand over Chinese international economic trade arbitrament committee, according to should meeting of the arbitrament rule carry on arbitrament.

仲裁：凡因执行本合约或有关本合约所发生的一切争执，双方应以友好方式协商解决；如果协商不能解决，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，根据该会的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

In case no settlement can be reached, the case at issue shall then be submitted for arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with the provisions of the said Commission.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Procedures for Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris in the case of Foreign Contractors and provisions of Arbitration Act of the kingdom of Parcheesi or any statutory modification thereof in the case of local contractors , and shall be held at such place and time in Parcheesi as the arbitrators may determine .

仲裁在涉及外国承包方时应根据巴黎国际商会的仲裁规则和程序进行，在仅涉及本地承包商时应当根据本地仲裁法的规定或其修正条款进行仲裁，并且在仲裁员同意而做出的仲裁裁决是终局的，并且对双方都有约束力，并且仲裁应支付的费用由仲裁员决定。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, South China SubCommission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.

仲裁 16.Arbitration 因凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，均应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会华南分会，按照申请仲裁时该会实施的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

Any dispute related to this agreement should be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Shanghai Branch and be arbitrated according to arbitration rules of this Commission.

与本协议有关的一切争议应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海分会并按照该会有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁，仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Article 7 If the parties agree to submit their dispute to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration, it will be taken that they have agreed to the case being arbitrated under these Rules.

第七条凡当事人同意将争议提交仲裁委员会仲裁的，均视为同意按照本仲裁规则进行仲裁。

When arbitration proceedings are conducted in the Sub-Commissions, the functions and duties under these Rules to be carried out by the Chairman, the secretariat and the Secretary-General of the Arbitration Commission shall be performed by the Vice-Chairmen as authorized by the Chairman, the secretariats and the Secretaries-General of the Sub-Commissions respectively, except for the circumstances provided for in Article 30 of these Rules.

在分会进行仲裁时，本仲裁规则规定由仲裁委员会主任和仲裁委员会秘书局或秘书长分别履行的职责，由仲裁委员会主任授权的副主任和仲裁委员会分会秘书处或秘书长分别履行，但本规则第三十条规定的情形除外。
