The author, basing on the basic theories of insurable interest, studies some important theoretic questions of marine insurable interest, including what may amount to a marine insurable interest and when and to whom it should be required and how it should be recognized, transferred, terminated and classified; inquires into the insurable interest of several representative types of marine insurance contracts, including contract of marine insurance for Hulls, for the Carriage of Goods by Sea, for Freights, for Interests of Ships Mortgagees and for Liability; oppugns the provisions in insurance laws of our country on subject matter insured, double insurance and insurable interest.

为此，笔者以保险利益的基本理论为基础，对何种利益可以作为海上保险利益，具有海上保险利益的人和时间及海上保险利益应如何认定、移转、消灭和分类等一些重要理论问题进行了研究；对几种典型海上保险合同，包括船舶保险合同、海上货物运输保险合同、运费保险合同、船舶抵押权人利益保险合同及责任保险合同中的保险利益问题进行了探讨；并对我国保险立法中关于保险标的、重复保险及保险利益的规定提出了质疑。

In chapter three the performance and structure of components of oxygen probe were especially investigated. The Cr-Cr〓O〓 powder was overcome by treatments. The reason of occurrence of thermal peaks on the EMF curves was explained. A water glass based cement which high temperature insulation was around 10MΩ within 10 seconds at 1600℃ was developed for the use of oxygen probe. The effects of tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode on response time and thermal equilibrium in oxygen probe were investigated. The optimum tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode addition were determined. It is found that the heat transfer in oxygen galvanic cell is the rate limiting-step in the response process. The national oxygen probe WOS Ⅱ type was designed and manufactured. By three batches of industrial tests its specification reached the level of American Celox Ⅱ type oxygen probe.

在第三章中分别从参比电极、高温绝缘水泥、插接件等组元入手，着重分析了其性能和结构，开发出了适合于钢液定氧用的Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极，解决了Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极高温产生收缩问题，解释了电动势曲线产生峰值的原因；开发了适合于定氧测头使用的水玻璃基耐火水泥，其高温绝缘电阻在1600℃，10秒以内为10MΩ左右；同时对ZrO〓管头部厚度、参比电极量对响应时间的影响以及定氧测头中的热平衡进行了研究，得出了合适的ZrO〓管头部厚度和参比电极加入量，确定了氧浓差电池中的传热是响应过程的限速步骤；设计制造了国产WOSⅡ型定氧测头，进行了三次现场定氧测试，其技术指标达到了美国Celox型定氧测头的水平。

It can be concluded by 16S rDNA sequences that moderately halophilic bacteria are novel species of genus Marinococcus and genus Lentibacillus. Further study for proving this novel observation is still in progress. At the same time, halophilic archaea strains, broken in distilled water and haloalkaliphilic archaea strains, grown in medium of pH9.5 were isolated from these samples and sequencing of the 16S rDNA sequences are being conducted taking other polyphasic taxonomy identification.

中度嗜盐菌通过对16SrDNA序列得测定，初步推断可能有Marinococcus属和Lentibacillus属的新种，后续鉴定工作还在进行中；同时，分离到到能在蒸馏水中破壁的嗜盐古菌菌株，另外分离到在pH9.5培养基中生长的嗜盐嗜碱古菌菌株，正在对其进行16S rDNA序列的测定和其它多项分类鉴定工作。

Based on these, an improving μ-synthesis is presented, with which the high-purity distillation is designed well. 2. The robust performance problem of MIMO plant is explained with the plant direction angle, which shows that the robust performance varies with different input uncertainties and the μ-synthesis should be applied correctly according to the uncertainty structure. 3. Condition number and bandwidth are the important items for robust performance design in MIMO system. The H〓 two-block problems can not deal with the robust performance design of MIMO system because of the condition number cancellation. A general μ-synthesis procedure for MIMO system with uncertainties is presented. 4. For the SISO system, the object function in robust performance is amplified by at most 〓 than that of H〓 two-block problems in value: So the robust performance of SISO system can be done with the H〓 two-block problems to avoid the complicated μ-synthesis procedure. 5. All the conclusions and methods presented in this paper are demonstrated by some typical design examples.

从而形成一种改进的μ综合方去，并对精馏塔病态对象进行了鲁棒性能设计，得到令人满意的结果；（2）利用对象的方向角解释了MIMO对象鲁棒性能设计出现问题的原因，并提出不同输入摄动形式下系统的鲁棒性能问题也并不相同，因此利用μ综合处理鲁棒性能设计时，应根据不同的摄动情况采用不同的结构进行设计：（3）条件数问题和带宽问题是MIMO系统鲁棒性能设计的两个主要问题，指出由于条件数对消的存在使得一般H〓两块问题无法处理MIMO系统的鲁棒性能设计，而μ综合方法则是处理MIMO系统鲁棒性能设计的有效方法，并给出了其处理MIMO系统鲁棒性能设计的一般性方法；（4）提出对于SISO系统H〓两块问题（S/T问题、S/KS问题）的设计指标函数与鲁棒性能设计的μ指标函数在数值上最大差〓倍，因此对于一般SISO系统的鲁棒性能设计可以简单地用一般的H〓的两块问题处理，而避免μ综合设计的复杂过程；（5）本文中提出的结论和算法都利用H〓/μ发展中的典型例子：Doyle-Stein问题，Safonov的战斗机模型，精馏塔对象等进行了设计验证。
