Comparison of the coding regions of BH1-BH4 genes showed that BH1 had a lower sequence identity to other previously published B-hordeins than the other three B-hordeins obtained in this study. BH1 was then cloned in a bacterial expression vector based on bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase. The resulting plasmid produced a 28.15 kDa protein in Escherichia coli. The potential value of B-hordein genes in grain quality improvement of hull-less barley has been discussed.

Based on the detailed analyzing of impact system working process, the differential eguation of the system was got, and the mathematical model of the hydraulic impact system was builted, on basis of the mathematical model, By using of dynamic simulation function of Matlab ,the author has built the simulation model of the impact system based on software Simulink and run it after inputting the parameter ,the dynamic graph curve of impact velocity and presser of oil and position of knife rest were got, and the dynamic characteristic of impact system was analyzed,the simulated results are accorded with the fact,and some rational parameters can be found.

Firstly, the realizable ways of signal detection and sample、 power circuit and the application of low-consumption model of MSP430 are discussed, by which the required function of current protection and voltage protection can be realized. Secondly, different protection algorithm based on micro-computer are discussed in this article, and from the virtues and defects of Fourier algorithm, an improved algorithm is put forward, and the importance of the improved algorithm is displaced. Thirdly, according to the national standard of GB/T18858 .3-2002, the principle of networklization of intelligence trip relay and how to realize it are mentioned. Lastly, using the current conditions, the test of precision is done. The experimental date present that the system is working well and can realize the real-time function of on-line detection.
首先在硬件设计上,对于信号检测、处理、电源电路、MSP430系列单片机的低功耗方式应用以及人机接口电路等问题提出了实现方法,基本实现了大范围电流、电压信号实时监控等功能;其次,本文还对当前各种微机保护算法进行了介绍,分析了傅立叶算法在实现智能脱扣器保护功能中的优缺点,并针对傅立叶算法中计算偏于复杂的问题对该算法进行了改进,提出了基于FFT的改进算法,通过算法的分析和比较,对改进算法的性能给出了评价;然后结合我国现场总线国家标准GB/T18858.3-2002讨论了DeviceNet现场总线在实现脱扣器网络化的原理,实现方法,论述了通讯接口电路的设计;最后利用现有条件,对装置进行了性能测试,试验数据说明系统工作状态较好,可以满足低压配电网自动化对低压脱扣器的各项要求。

Abstracts: To sample high speed random signals without drop, a design of O-shaped high speed random signals acquisition card based on the CPLD and its realization are presented. It consists of same three sets of acquisitive circuits, which construct O-shaped structure to sample the signals without drop .And it adopts threshold judging method to determine the valid data in the process of the acquisition, abandons vast of the redundant useless data at the same time, it only sends the useful data to the host computer by the way of DMA, so it is easy to processing the data. The design is concise and reliable. The sketch map of the logic circuit and the explanation of the main parts are presented. This design has been applied in the engineering project of sampling α nuclide.

The first chapter introduces some basic things about the task, establishes the research course and some performance guide lines, and lists the rebuilding contents and idiographic parameters. In the second chapter, with the whole structure of the heavy wide loom, the thesis briefly introduces a looms component parts and some important weaving parameters, and we may design and analyze it in terms of them. In the third chapter, the thesis discusses the wefting principle,we may make reference to the wefting principle of the ordinary gripper shuttle loom.

The endurance abilities of the embryos of sea perch, flounder and turbot at different developing stages to vitrification solutions were studied. The result showed that sea perch at tail-bud stage, heart-beating stage and pre-hatching stage had more endurance abilities to VSD2, flounder at 4-5 somites, 16-20 somites and tail-bud stage had more endurance abilities to PM3, and turbot at 4-5 somites, 16-20 somites and tail-bud stage had more endurance abilities to PMP1. The feasible equilibration time of three marine fish embryos in vitrification solutions was determined, which guided the dealing process before freezing.

Methods First to have a clinicopathological analysis of the 50 cases of maxillofacial osteosarcoma and to observe the ultrastructure of 3 cases. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of OC、BSP、OPN、 CD1、MDM2 in 50 cases of the tumor. The results were analysed statistically among different histological types and between recured and nonrecured cases.

The general information,including primary diseases,therapeutic drugs,infection pathogens in 6 patients with pulmouary infection and unknown reason anemia were integrated and analyzed.
