Based on the translation of Liber Abaci from English to Chinese, and studying the large number of material, this dissertation is mainly intended to comprehensively analyze the contents, explore the algorithm, summarize the methods and thinking of mathematics from Fibonacci.This paper is composed of eight chapters.

本论文在完成《计算之书》英译本(2002年出版)汉语翻译的基础上，通过对《计算之书》以及相关中外文献的研读，全面分析了《计算之书》中的数学内容，对言辞模糊、表达不明的算题、算法进行深入算理分析，就其中重要的数学方法进行了认真的梳理和概括，并对《计算之书》中的数学思想、算法源流进行了初步探讨。

The egg production of a week et al was also analyzed . 18 pairs of microsatellite primers were screened from chromosome 1 and chromosome Z, the primers were designed to allow optimal performance of the markers, in sets containing multiple microsatellites, on ABI3100 sequencers. We determined there were correlation among 13 microsatellite markers and 19 characters in 25 egg traits through least square means. At the same time, we calculated correlation among characters of egg traits in silkies.

Methods The samples from oil-containing wastewater were separated and cultured to screen oil degradation bacteria. The strain was identified through sequencing its 16S DNA and BLAST in GenBank combined with routine biochemical reactions of the bacteria.

含油脂废水中取样，通过分离、培养，筛选出以油脂为唯一碳源和能源并能分解油脂的菌株，对其基因组16S DNA测序，在核酸数据库中进行BLAST比对，并进行行生化反应，进行菌种的鉴定。

Sample matrix are discharged by the pre-column. The mobile phases applied consisted of 0.1% HOAc (pH3.0) acetonitrile-water on extraction column with UV detection at 225nm. Then, coupled-column liquid chromatographic methods for the direct analysis of atrazine and simazine in urine was established. As a result, the system showed good chromatographic property in the on-line analysis of atrazine and simazine in urine.

使用该系统对尿中的莠去净和西玛津残留进行了分离分析，以含有0.1%乙酸的酸性水缓冲液对加标尿液中莠去净类化合物保留在预柱上，干扰分析的大分子被排阻而无保留通过，其它干扰分子保留小而通过，再切换六通阀，以乙腈和0.1%乙酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱，进而在下一级ODS分析柱上进行分离（紫外检测225nm），两种除草剂的分离分析取得了良好的定性定量结果

Using an epidural catheter placed at the level of T1-2 or T2-3, seven patients scheduled for awake CABG received TEA for total arterial myocardial revascularization after partial lower sternotomy.Six patients remained awake and spontaneously breathing during the entire procedure, but one required intraoperative intubation for respiratory distress caused by phrenic nerve palsy. Hemodynamics were stable throughout surgery without significant arterial hypercarbia. All patients rated TEA as "good" or "excellent."

七个患者被安排在清醒的CABG接受TEA，在部分下肢手术后，使用安置於 T1-2 或 T2-3 的硬膜外导管，以进行总动脉的心肌血管更换术，其中六名患者保持清醒，并且在手术过程中自然地呼吸，但是一位患者因为隔膜神经瘫痪导致呼吸困难，而需要进行手术中的插管，血液动力学在手术过程中是稳定的，并未发生动脉的血中二氧化碳含量过高，所有患者认为TEA是&良好或极佳的&。

HPLC/MS/ MS was used to analyse the nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis .and its counterfeits and adulterations. Compared the samples with the standard samples,the result showed that the main fragment chromatogram were similar.The four nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis .and its counterfeits and adulterations were identified by MS/ MS.The totle content of uridine、hypoxanthosine、guanosine、adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis .was from 2.473 mg/g to2.830 mg/g ,the content of adenosine was from 0.850 mg/g to1.009 mg/g .

应用HPLC-MS对冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中的四个核苷成分进行二级质谱定性分析，并与对照品进行比较，结果显示，冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品均能产生与相应对照品一致的主要碎片离子峰，进一步说明，冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中均含有尿苷、肌苷、鸟苷及腺苷四种核苷成分。
