In this thesis, the influence of column force, joint hoop reinforcement, and repeat load on the stress and sheer bearing capability of inclined pressure bar is analyzed utilizing finite element software. In the case study, the column axial force's influence on the inclined pressure bar's equivalent width, stress and sheer bearing capability of RCFEN is obtained by changing the column force when modeling the RCFEN with ANSYS. In the former model, the joint hoop reinforcement influence on the equivalent width inclined pressure bar and the strength of RCFEN is achieved by changing the quantity of joint hoop reinforcement; the inclined pressure bar's equivalent width and the strength variation of RCFEN under cyclic load are gained by applying low frequency cyclic load on the inflection point of column and the middle of beam.

针对上述算例中的框架外节点采用ANSYS进行建模，运用有限元软件分析了柱轴力、节点箍筋、反复荷载对外节点斜压杆承载力、抗剪承载力的影响：改变柱轴力，研究了柱轴力对斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点斜压杆承载力、框架外节点斜压杆抗剪承载力的影响；在上述模型中，改变节点箍筋的数量，分析了节点箍筋对斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点强度的影响；在上述模型中，在柱反弯点和梁中点均进行低周反复加载，讨论了在反复荷载作用下，框架外节点的斜压杆的等效宽度、框架外节点强度的变化情况。

Experiments on real hyper-spectral image sequences show that our method is not only effective both in efficiency and accuracy,but also more suitable for the hardware realization compared with MAD block matching algorithm and normalized correlation coefficient block matching algorithm.

Four pair of primers were designed based on the sequence of human , mouse and ferret DRD4 gene cDNA to amplify the corresponding horse gene. The PCR products were ligated into a linear plasmid pMD17 , and sequenced respectively.

从6 个品种马的血液中提取基因组DNA ，根据GenBank中已发表的人、鼠、雪貂的DRD4 cDNA 基因保守区序列，设计3 对特异性引物，另1 对由文献所得，对6个品种马的DRD4 基因分4 段进行PCR 扩增，经电泳检测，分别呈4条特异条带，将其分别克隆入pMD192T 载体中，进行序列测定并拼接序列，得到包括所有内含子的DRD4 基因序列。

First, this paper presents three girders model with double cable planes which main girder and side girder is connected by rigid arms, analyzes the dynamic characteristic of Yonghe cable-stayed bridge and obtains its natural vibration modes (i.e., frequency, damping values and the mode shapes ) by ANLSIS structural analysis program and uses these parameters as dynamic dactylogram of the intact case of cable-stayed bridge. Using the passage of random as the ambient vibration ,the dynamic properties of Yonghe Bridge is measured and the modal parameter of its 15 years after is identified and used as dynamic dactylogram of the damaged case. By the finite element analysis and locale vibration test, damaged and undamaged modal parameter is analyzed and curvature mode shape, which is sensitive to damage state, is introduced as possible candidate for identifying and locating damage in the cable-stayed bridge. Selecting the branch of part measured point from modal parameter, this paper deduces the damaged index which can detect the possible damaged location of the cable-stayed bridge deck and identifies the damaged region and degree for Yonghe Bridge. For the purpose of structural condition monitoring in in-situ , from another viewpoint, this paper introduces the method called the best optimization vector to detect damaged location and degree. The accuracy and reliability of the method presented in this paper are demonstrated by static analysis and test and the healthy state of Yonghe Bridge can be evaluated.

建立了双索面通过刚臂与主梁及边梁相连的三梁式力学模型，采用ANSYS结构分析程序对永和斜拉桥进行动力分析，对其振动模态参数进行识别，以此作为斜拉桥完好状态下的动力&指纹&；采用自由交通流作为环境振源，对永和斜拉桥动力特性进行测试，识别出永和斜拉桥使用15年后的模态参数，确立了破损状态下的动力&指纹&；利用有限元分析、现场振动测试，对破损前后的模态参数进行分析，提取对破损状况较敏感的模态曲率作为斜拉桥破损诊断的参数；并从模态参数中选取部分点的分量，导出可以指示斜拉桥桥面大概损伤位置的Index损伤指标，识别出斜拉桥发生破损的区段及破损程度；考虑大型斜拉桥在线监测要求识别破损的具体位置，从另一角度提出采用最优矢量法具体确定破损发生的位置及程度；为验证本文研究成果，对永和斜拉桥进行静力分析及静力测试，对其健康状况提出可靠的评价。

本文在对仰斜式挡土墙设计中有关计算参数的选择、公式的选用应该注意的问题进行了研究，对河道护岸软基础上的仰斜式挡土墙采用凸榫基础处理的方法，就其计算理论、设计验算中各荷载的具体处理方法进行了较为细致的研究，提出了解决软基础上的水工仰斜式挡土墙难以解决的难题的方法，并对有水情况下粘土等效内摩擦角Ψ_D、凸榫被动土压力E_p等在计算中的取值提出了定性和定量的分析。

Electronic map of MapInfo is introduced into the environment of object oriented by the use of Map X 4.0 module. The operations such as dynamic add, delete and edit of objects can be done real-time dynamically by operators in the environment of object oriented on the present diagram of polder region. At the same time, the spatial-data and attribute-data of irrigation district are managed separately. The spatial-data is used by the file system, whereas, the attribute-data exist in the relevent database. The figures and database are related through the only ID number in order to realize two-way inquiry, so that, the polder region river system planning data are collected automatically. Moreover, this system make the great use of GIS advantage in storing and annalising data to automatically organize files needed in river network calculation , adopt one-dimensional unsteady flow model , so as to lay out height of river levee .

把GIS技术引入水系规划，通过MapX4.0组件把MapInfo电子地图调入面向对象编程环境，使操作人员能在面向对象环境中对圩区现状图进行实时动态操作，包括对操作对象的动态添加、动态删除、编辑等；同时，将空间数据和属性数据分开进行管理，空间数据用文件系统管理，属性数据采用数据库管理，通过建立唯一ID号进行数据联接，将图形与数据库进行关联，实现属性到图形或图形到属性的双向查询，从而实现了圩区水系规划部分数据的自动采集；另外，本系统充分利用GIS存储与分析数据的功能，自动生成河网水力计算所需的文件，采用一维非恒定流模型进行河网水力计算，为确定沟道堤顶高程提供依据。
