A new searching method is proposed in which using XML and RDF of semantic web, the current FOAF (friend-of-a-friend) vocabulary is extended, collaboration associates are searched in RDQL, RDF data inquiring language and an actualizing frame is set concretely.

为了实现智能检索，提出了利用语义网中的XML和RDF对现有词汇表进行扩展，运用RDQL对供需网中的信息进行查询，并提出了一个供需网中基于语义的智能检索实施框架。

The following results are obtained:(1)a derivative formal context of an information system can be induced by the notion of nominal scale and the technique of plain scaling in formal concept analysis;(2)some core notions in rough set theory such as partition,upper and lower approximations,independence,dependence and reduct can be reinterpreted in derivative formal contexts.

利用形式概念分析中名义梯级背景的概念，对信息系统进行平面梯级得到了衍生的形式背景。证明了粗糙集理论中的划分、上下近似、独立、依赖、约简等核心概念都可以在相应的衍生背景中进行表示。

Axial distribution of activity ratio A ( 134 Cs)/ A ( 137 Cs) along the fuel rod with different burnup level,irradiation history and cooling time is measured by the γ scanning device. As a comparison, this distribution is calculated by the FCAC code used for the fuel rod failure analysis.

在热室中，用γ扫描装置对秦山核电厂 3× 3 -2考验组件中辐照历史、燃耗及冷却时间不同的两根燃料棒中的铯活度比A(13 4 Cs)/A(13 7Cs)的轴向分布进行了测量，并利用自行开发的压水堆燃料棒破损特性分析程序FCAC进行了理论计算。

The paper fristly compared the fertile soil with the incinerated sterile soil on the number of micro-algae , soil pH value , soil organic matter soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen.And then, the author put fertile soil, which included micro-algae, proportionally into sterile samples and cultivated them respectively under illumination condition (micro-algae can live and reproduce)and dark condition(micro-algae will die in some time).The above indices were measured in 0, 30, 60 and 90days respectively, The analyse of the interrelation between the change of micro-algae"s number and the changes of soil pH value, soil organic matter, soil available phosphorus and soil nitrogen indicated:Soil micro-algae which were native to fertile soil conld adapt to the changed circumstance and light acted as a decisive role to the distribution of soil micro-algae.Under dark condition,the micro-algae"s number declined gradually and went to zero in the end,while under illumination condition ,on the 90th day, the micro-algaes number of per gramme was 6-7 times more than that of the beginning.

本文首先对肥沃土壤与经高温焚烧后的贫瘠土壤中的微藻数量、土壤pH值、有机质含量、有效磷含量和全氮量进行比较研究，然后将包含微藻的绿化苗圃地肥土按不同比例接种进入贫瘠土样中，分别在光照条件和黑暗条件下进行培养，在0天、30天、60天和90天分别检测以上指标，比较有光条件和无光条件下，即有藻条件和无藻条件下贫瘠土样所发生的变化，并分别对微藻数量的变化与土壤pH值、有机质含量、有效磷含量和全氮量的变化之间做相关性分析，以评估肥沃土壤中的微藻接种进入贫瘠土壤后的生长情况以及对贫瘠土壤的改良作用。

本文在数据处理分析子系统中，主要介绍了数据的处理及数据的分析，初步建立了房地产市场预警指标体系；在监测预警系统的构建过程中，主要介绍了指数预警系统和统计预警系统对其筛选过后的房地产市场预警指标进行预测分析的工作流程，并对这两种模型进行了模拟仿真；在排警子系统中，主要介绍了排警方式和排警措施(即宏观调控方式和宏观调控措施)。

摘要］ 针对多跨连续刚构桥悬臂长度长、悬臂梁体重、施工荷载大等特点，结合重庆朝阳寺特大桥实际情况，通过理论分析和有限元数值模拟，对中跨、次中跨、边跨不同合拢顺序下，所需顶推力和顶推位移进行计算，并对桥梁结构的应力、水平位移及挠度进行了比选分析，提出并论证了采用计算预推值时先中跨再次边跨最后边跨的合拢方案，其突出优点是边跨合拢施工以挂篮和导梁代替搭设支架施工，措施简单易行、安全可靠。

Secondly, the paper is expanded from follow three aspects: the virtual design, the virtual process and the product data managementduring the developing the torque converter. Applying the key technique of concurrent engineering---design for function, design for assemblyand design for manufactureof the method of design for "X", the virtual design of the torque converter is accomplished in CATIA V5. Then the model constitution and the simulation of virtual process of the torque converter is done in CATIA V5, including the model constitution and the simulation of 5-aixe NC virtual process of the vane, the model constitution（material:PVC） of the idler pulley rapid prototypingand the virtual assembly and the motion simulation of the torque converter, etc. 3-D data exchange between various CAD systems is realized by using STEP standard. The lever of classing the character model of the torque converter is given. And the access authorization is set up and given to manage the partners' reading/writing the product data.

应用并行工程的关键技术之一——面向产品全生命周期的设计DFX中面向功能的设计DFF、面向装配的设计DFA和面向制造的设计DFM的方法，在CATIA V5中完成液力变矩器虚拟设计；在CATIA V5中对液力变矩器进行虚拟加工建模和仿真，包括液力变矩器导轮叶片五轴数控加工刀轨建模与仿真、导轮快速成型RP建模、液力变矩器虚拟装配和运动仿真等；采用STEP标准实现多CAD系统之间三维数据交换，提出液力变矩器特征模型的分级标准并对三维模型数据进行分级管理，制定相应的权限等级以规范合作厂家的产品数据管理层次。

本文对该观点所依据的几点理由进行了分析，认为有意性仍然是刑法中危害行为的必然要素，并将刑法中危害行为的有意性与作为犯罪构成主观要件的故意与过失区别开来，认为危害行为的有意性是指行为人对其行为本身所持有的心理态度，而作为犯罪构成主观要件的故意与过失是指行为人对其行为引起的危害结果所持有的心理态度，二者在内容、性质、功能以及法律后果等四方面存有显著的区别。此外，本文还对二者在司法实践中的表现形式进行了归纳分类。

First, UWPBL model(The University of Washington Planetary Boundary Layer Model) is used to retrieve typhoon's sea level pressure from sea surface winds data of SeaWinds which aboard on QuikSCAT and these strength results are analyzed. Then the variational method is applied to decompose the sea surface winds field into two parts: the vortex and irrotational environmental flow field, the UWPBL model is used again to retrieve ShanShan and YaGi typhoons' sea level pressure from the vortex flow field, the results of typhoon's central positions are analyzed by comparing the results with the results of direct retrieving, NCEP's data and typhoon annual reports. It turns out that the accuracy of the typhoon's sea level pressure central position has been obviously improved, This method offers a new idea for the study of typhoon from microwave scatterometer data.

本文首先利用QuikSCAT散射计获取的海面风场资料，利用华盛顿大学行星边界层模式对台风海平面气压场进行反演，并对其强度进行了分析；然后对获取的海面风场，采用变分方法对风场进行分解，分解出无旋和有旋风场，对分解出的有旋风场，再利用UWPBL模式对珊珊和魔羯台风的海平面气压场进行了反演，对所得结果与通常直接反演、NCEP海平面气压场及台风报文资料进行一一对比，结果表明：新的反演定位的方法对台风海平面气压场中心气压的定位精度有了大幅度的提高，此种定位的方法为散射计资料在台风中的实际应用开辟了一条新的思路。
