In this paper a genetic algorithm four-dimension data assimilation system was applied to the more complex MM5 model, we verify the performance of the genetic algorithm assimilation system, we take the a heavy rainfall process during 04-05, July, 2003 as the experimental research object, and carry out data assimilation experiment of actual observation data, compare the experimental results of the genetic algorithm assimilation system and MM5 adjoint model assimilation system with the experimental results without assimilation, the following is the result:genetic algorithm assimilation system is used not only in a barotropic primitive equation but also in the complex model, MM5, for example, in the ideal experiment the result of the genetic algorithm assimilation system is better than the MM5 adjoint model assimilation system, in the assimilation experiment of actual observation data, whichever assimilation system is used, the initial field of numerical prediction model is effectively improved and the prediction effect of physical field and rainfall are somewhat enhanced.

本文将遗传算法的四维同化系统运用到更复杂的MM5模式中，在理想实验中验证遗传算法同化系统的性能，并以2003年7月4日"南京暴雨"作为研究对象，进行了实际观测资料的同化，并将遗传算法同化系统和MM5伴随模式同化系统得到的结果跟未同化的结果进行了比较，结果如下：遗传算法同化系统不仅可以用在正压原始方程模式上，同样也可以用在MM5等复杂模式上，理想实验证明了遗传算法同化系统优于MM5伴随同化系统，在实际观测资料同化中，采用两种方法的同化系统都能有效地改善数值预报模式的初始场，能在一定程度上提高物理量场和降水量的预报效果。

Genetic analysis were carried out to identify powdery mildew and strip rust resistance genes in the F2 of Am6-4 amphiploid and wheat variety Jinan17. Results showed that resistances to powdery mildew and stripe rust were controlled by a single dominant gene respectively. 124 SSR primers from genome D were used for marker analysis, marker Xgwm98 150(150为下标) from the chromosome 6D was found to be linked to the new powdery mildew resistance gene with a linkage distance 20.42 cM; A special DNA band was amplified by primere xgwm33 in resistant stripe rust plants, resistance gene for stripe rust was localized on chromosome 1D, and the genetic distance between resistance gene and marker is 8.0 cM.

利用Am6-4与济南17F2分离群体进行白粉病和条锈病抗性基因的遗传分析结果证明，Am6-4中的抗白粉病和抗条锈病基因均为单显性基因；以124对D基因组SSR引物进行标记分析，引物Xgwm98在抗白粉病DNA池和单株中能扩增出特异标记带，标记与抗白粉病基因间的遗传距离为20.42cM，并将抗白粉病基因定位于6D染色体；引物Xgwm33能在抗条锈病DNA池和单株中扩增出特异标记带，标记与抗条锈病基因间的遗传距离为8.0cM，并将抗条锈病基因定位于1D染色体。

目的：建立苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的HPLC测定方法；方法：通过单因素考察确定样品处理方法，建立 HPLC 测定方法并进行方法学考察，与药典法进行比较试验；结果：用HPLC法测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量高于药典的滴定法，方法学考察各项指标均符合要求；结论：用HPLC法测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量灵敏度高、重复性好，样品处理方法简便，可代替滴定法。

In the CAD system for progressive dies, the method is introduced to automatically generate geometric models of stampings through inputting the product drawings by AutoCAD and picking-up the entity information from DXF files and programming with ObjectARX and C＋＋ language, at the same time, generating algorithm of close contour lines and unidirectional chain-table structure are used to express the models of stampings, the class and direct judgment of contour lines are realized and the entity existing side is judged by analytical geometry, which efficiently solves the problem of automatic input of drawings of stamping and providing information of process planning and mold design.

在级进模CAD系统中，将产品的图形信息以AutoCAD直接绘图形式输入到计算机中，从AutoCAD的图形交换文件中提取信息，采用面向对象的二次开发工具ObjectARX和C＋＋语言编写接口程序，并通过封闭轮廓的生成算法自动生成冲裁零件的几何模型，且用单向链表的形式加以表达，同时对冲裁零件图形的轮廓进行分类与走向判定，采用简单的解析几何方法对实体存在侧进行判定，有效地实现了零件图形的自动输入，为级进模CAD系统的工艺计算和模具工作部分的设计等提供了必要的信息。

Firstly we merge the edge detected image and the same-size voronoi-diagrams, then adopt the recent Antipole strategy technique about data structure aimed to optimize proximity queries to speed up the search process, and finally search one tile image with the similar shape in the data base to mosaic the voronoi region.

首先利用图像融合技术将原始图像提取出来的边缘信息图像与一幅相同尺寸大小的沃龙诺依图像进行合成，然后采用优化近似查询中关于数据结构的"反极策略"来加速搜索过程，根据模式识别中的形状相似技术在数据库中查找与需要填充的区域形状最接近的碎片图像进行镶嵌。

Methods(1)4 cities were chosen randomly according to their economic status and geographical location.(2)An autorefractor was used to detect the diopter in the preschool children from 20 kindergartens randomly selected from each of the 4 cities.(3)1%atropine ointment was applied to the c onjunctival sac of the children with suspect myopia for 3 days and the refractio n of light in their retina was then examined by a barred beam skiascope.(4)The eye axis and corneal curvature of the myopic children were measured.(5)The diop ter,eye axis,and corneal curvature were examined every 6 months during 1-year f ollow-up after the diopter was properly rectified.

In this study, the classification of Chinese Babesia spp. infective to cattle were carried out by the classical methods and molecular biotechnology, and investigated the vector ticks of an unidentified Babesia sp. isolated from Xinjiang province by the experimental transmission, and observed the developmental forms of Babesia sp. in the engorged Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum females;We developed the indirect hemoagglutination test for Babesia bigemina, and evaluated its effect in the sero-survey;We made slow-released injection of imidocarb, and estimated its efficacy on the treatment and prevention of Babesia bigemina infection by the laboratory work and the field tests. 本研究以牛的巴贝斯虫为研究对象，采用传统技术与分子生物学技术相结合的方法对在我国已分离的牛巴贝斯虫病主要病原进行了分类学研究，在实验室内运用蜱传播试验对分离于我国新疆的牛的巴贝斯虫未定种的媒介蜱及其传播方式进行了详细的研究，采用组织抹片方法对牛的巴贝斯虫未定种在小亚璃眼蜱饱血雌虫体内的发育过程进行了观察；建立了间接血球凝集试验诊断方法，并对其在血清学调查中的应用效果进行了考察；研制了咪唑苯脲缓释注射剂，并通过实验室工作和田间试验对防治效果进行了评价。

In this paper, each of single data stream that is included in data streams has same attributes set as other,the unit of single data stream is tuple,and same attributes set is included in each of these tuples.Reservoir algorithm is used to sample from these single data stream respectively,then some multiple snapshot windows are constructed,the relationship between these single data stream and multiple snapshot windows is bijective mapping,the relationship between attributes that are included in tuple and snapshot windows that are included in relative multiple snapshot windows is bijective mapping,and the relationship between basic windows that belong to same snapshot window and the attribute values that come from different single data stream is bijective mapping as well,that is,these attribute values come from same attribute that is comprised by different single data stream.

针对以元组为单位流入的具有相同属性集的多支单数据流组成的多数据流，提出了分别对每支单数据流进行蓄水池抽样，构造一一对应于各单数据流的若干个多快照窗口，即两者之间是双射关系，可以将多快照窗口串行置于主存中，将元组包含的属性与多快照窗口中的各个快照窗口一一对应，且使得同一快照窗口中的各基本窗口与取自其对应的单数据流的属性值样本一一对应，然后对这些相互独立的样本进行方差分析。

METHODS: Root of lightyellow sophora,Honeysukle flower,Fruit of glossy privet and Immature bitter orange have been identified by TLC. The contents of emodin in Rhizom was also determined by TLC scanning.
