In the process of the system development, firstly, the maneuvering motion equations for ship in the still water are established, based on the MMG module mathematical model and serial experimental result. After compiling the program, the calculation results are compared with the experimental data, the coherence between them validate the mathematical model.

The design is concise and reliable. The sketch map of the logic circuit and the explanation of the main parts are presented. This design has been applied in the engineering project of sampling α nuclide.
