Total RNAs from KAx-3 cells and AK127 cells(developed for 14h) were isolated. After the reverse transcription and PCR reaction, two distinct differential fragments were acquired., fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. After retriving and reamplifying the differentially expressed fragments, white-blue plaqueselection, the fragments were purified. Northern blot proved that fragment A was from KAx-3 cells and fragment C was from AK127 cells. The results of sequencing and researching for NCBI database have been showed: part sequence of fragment A shows 91% similarity to the gene encoding DhkA, 92% similarity to the gene encoding DhkF, 91% similarity to the gene encoding STATc, 97% similarity to the homoeobox gene encoding protein. These genes play important part in controlling cell differentiation and cell proportion in Dictyostelium discoideum.

本研究通过提取盘基网柄菌发育14小时的野生型KAx-3细胞和突变型AK127细胞的总RNA，运用mRNA差异显示法分离出了两条明显的差异表达片段，其中片段A来自野生型KAX-3细胞，片段C来自突变型Ak127细胞；并通过凝胶回收差异片段、对差异片段进行再次PCR、蓝白斑筛选克隆、提取质粒、酶切电泳纯化差异片段；接着进行Northern杂交的结果表明，片段A只与野生型KAx-3细胞的总RNA有杂交信号，片段C只与突变型AK127细胞的总RNA有杂交信号，这就排除了差异片段假阳性的可能；最后通过测序，搜索NCBI BLAST数据库发现：片段A的小部分序列与编码组氨酸激酶DhkA基因中一段序列的相似性高达91%，与编码组氨酸激酶DhkF基因中的一段序列相似性高达92%，与编码STATc蛋白基因的一段序列相似性达91%，以及与编码同源框蛋白的基因中的一段序列相似性达97%，这些基因在盘基网柄菌细胞分化和细胞比例调控过程中起着相当重要的作用，这些数据进一步说明了突变细胞不能完成发育的原因。

In this thesis, effects of common factors in yeast extract production with autolysis on yield and total amount of amino acid nitrogen in supernatant, degradation of RNA and saccharides during autolysis were studied, in which fresh baker\'s yeast was used as material. Extraction of 5\'-phosphodiesterase from barley rootlets was also studied. The optimum technology conditions of yeast extract production was determined by comprehensive considering results of above-mentioned study.

In the model of putting-in stock, the paper considered the cell of hot-rolling when making plan of putting-in stock, swings in the model of putting-in stock with the parameter 85, which indicates whether the slabs belong to the same hot-rolling cell. In the model of taking-out stock, The paper classed the slab-yard location according to the practice of the factory, based on which, the paper brings forward optimized turned-out algorithm founded on experts system, and the result of the experiments shows that the number of the turned-out pile is greatly reduced with the new algorithm.

Using an epidural catheter placed at the level of T1-2 or T2-3, seven patients scheduled for awake CABG received TEA for total arterial myocardial revascularization after partial lower sternotomy.Six patients remained awake and spontaneously breathing during the entire procedure, but one required intraoperative intubation for respiratory distress caused by phrenic nerve palsy. Compared with Liq,_2 exhibits stronger rigidity in planar molecular structure, larger steric hindrance and intermolecular distance, and much smaller molecular polarity, thus resulting in much longer fluorescence lifetime, much higher fluorescence quantum efficiency, wider energy bandgap and better film formability. When used as light-emitting layer in OLED,_2 shows lower formation probability of excited dimmer and exciplex formation than Liq, thus emits bluer light with higher current efficiency than Liq. When_2 ultrathin film is used as electron injection layer in OLED, it exhibits higher current density, higher luminance, lower turn-on voltage and higher current efficiency than Liq ultrathin film for the existence of sodium ions in_2 ultrathin film. 5. The summarization the relationship between molecular spatial structure and material performance of Alq_3,(Znq_2) and Liq, lead the conclusion that the molecular spatial structure of Mq_n affects its material performance in such aspects as the rigidity of planar molecular structure, intermolecular interaction, molecule stacking mode and intermolecular distance.
