On the one hand, the component method is introduced into flowchart design, which can not only enlarge the depth and the connotation of the flowchart, but also extend the traditional concepts of the flowchart. By combining the component method and the objectoriented method, it will be easy to illustrate the industry flow and meet with the future requirements of the industry control software. On the other hand, the trajectory concepts in plane moving, the method of using Bezier Curve to approach the 1/4 arc to implement the arc circumrotation, the method of using graphic elements' combination to extend the expression capability, and the method of combining the graphic elements'combination, three-dimensional graphic elements and bitmaps to realize the three-dimensional effects to express the industry flow more realistic are brought forward in this dissertation.

工控软件中最能够体现人机接口设计创造性的画面当属流程图，本文对流程图设计进行了深入研究，提出了一种工控软件流程图设计的新方法：一方面在流程图设计中引入部件化方法，扩展流程图的深度与内涵，延伸了流程图的传统概念与意义，将部件化技术与面向对象技术相结合，能够更好地实现对工艺过程的描述并适应工控软件的未来发展要求；另一方面对流程图中动画关联和三维化这些新兴领域进行了研究，提出了平移动画中的&轨道&概念，以实现图元的沿曲线平移，提出了在圆弧旋转动画中用Bezier曲线逼近〓圆弧的工程化方法，并用最小二乘法进行了验证和工程化参数的获取，实现了利用图元组合来扩展流程图的表达能力，采用了图元组合、三维图元和位图相结合的方法来实现逼真的三维效果，以使工控软件更加符合人机工学，更能形象地反映工艺流程。

时态在翻译中比不像想象中那么简单，时态有时可以体现一种感情因素，特别是进行时的使用，比如在第一个例子中现在进行时的使用体现出对中华民族的一种褒扬、赞美的口吻，翻译出了这句话的&精、气、神&，最后一个例子中过去进行时时常表示一种&特有的行为&，通常是偏向于negative的口吻，所以我们发现这句话十有八九是美国人自己写的。中华民族历来爱好自由和和平。

Objective:to probe the application on the hearing screening of the neonatus by transcience otoacoustic emission.methods: to undertakethe hearing screening of the neonatus by transcience otoacoustic emission of 2 100 neonatus from 2006.1~2006.12.results: 2 058 (98.4%) full-term newborn infants pass the transience otoacoustic emission once and 33(1.6%) full-term newborn infants can not pass it once.9(77.8%) premature infants pass the transience otoacoustic emission once and 2 premature infants can not pass it once.conclusion: the transience otoacoustic emission is worth to application because it has non-wound, fast, objective merit.

目的：探讨观察瞬态耳声发射在新生儿听力筛查中的应用。方法：对2006年1月~2006年12月2 100例新生儿利用瞬态耳声发射进行听力筛查的资料进行分析。结果：2 091例足月新生儿中，一次通过瞬态耳声发射进行听力筛查 2 058例，占98.4%，未通过33例，占1.6%，早产儿9例中，一次通过检测7例，占77.8%，未通过2例，占22.2%。全部未通过新生儿检查abr，确诊有异常15例，正常7例。结论：瞬态耳声发射具有无创伤、快速、客观、敏感度高等优点，值得在新生儿听力筛查中广泛推广应用。

My thesis is divided into three chapters: In the first chapter, I mainly present the excavations of Oxyrhynchus, the discovery of the Hellenica Oxyrhynchia, the author, the organization, the style and the vocabulary of the Hellenica Oxyrhynchia as well as the time of writing and the scope of the content.In the second chapter, I mainly analyze the war at Ephesus, Megara and Notium recorded in the Cairo Fragment and Florence Fragment and compare them with other historian\'s records.In the third chapter, I analyze the contents of London Fragment item by item and compare the parallel records with the other historian\'s. I mainly discuss the prosperity of Thebes and the fall of Athens in the Peloponnesian War, the constitution of Boeotia, the recovery of Athens after the Peloponnesian War, the consolidation of Spartan hegemony, the Corinthian War, the democratic revolution of Rhodes, the relationship between Persia and the Greek City States, the political conflict inside the Greek City States, etc.

本文共分为三章：在第一章中，笔者主要探讨了奥克西林库斯的考古发掘、《奥克西林库斯希腊志》的发掘出土及其作者、体例、语言和风格、创作时间以及记载的内容；在第二章中，主要对《奥克西林库斯希腊志》的开罗断片与佛罗伦萨断片所记载的以弗所战役、麦加拉战役和诺丁姆战役进行了史料分析和文献比对；在第三章中，笔者对伦敦断片所记内容进行逐条分析并与其他史家的记述进行了文献比对，其中主要探讨了伯罗奔尼撒战争中雅典的衰落与底比斯的繁荣、比奥提亚的联盟体制、伯罗奔尼撒战争之后雅典的复兴、斯巴达霸权的巩固、科林斯战争、罗德斯民主政变、波斯与希腊城邦的关系以及希腊城邦内部的党派斗争等内容。

Methods 104 gravida with long distance telephone monitor system and umbilical cord indicated by B type uetrasound in our hospital from 2002.5 to 2005.12 were divided into research group that the age from 22 to 41 years (46 cases),which was wronitored by fetal movement counting at home and long distance telephone fetal monitoring system in self monitoring,and control group thad the age from 22 to 39 gears (58 cases ),which was monitored by fetal movement counting at home and fetal monitoring system at hospital.

2002年5月至2005年12月在我院门诊进行产前检查自愿应用远程胎儿心率监护的高危孕妇及B超显示有脐带绕颈者46例为研究组，按规定在家中进行胎动计数，并随时进行远程胎儿心率监护。孕妇年龄22岁~41岁，平均(27±4)岁。58例对照组，在家中以胎动计数进行自我监护，定期到医院进行常规胎儿心率监护，年龄22岁~39岁，平均(26±8)岁。

As to the high polarity, high boiling point resultant—trimesic acid, the analysis methods of infrared spetrum, gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy, vapour-phase chromatography, acid number titration and so on are seperately used to characterize its property. Infrared spetrum and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy are used to have a qualitative analysis on the resultant and are compared with the stand diagram. Sulfuric acid-methanol esterification and rapid esterification are used to prepare the trimesic acid trimethyl-ester and have a FID quantitative analysis. So that we make sure the purity of trimesic acid in the resultant and also we have an acid alkali titration on the resultant to get its acid number, in order to verify the purity of trimesic acid in the resultant.

对于高极性、高沸点的固体产物均苯三甲酸，分别采用红外光谱、气质联用、气相色谱、酸值滴定等分析手段进行了表征：利用红外光谱、气质联用的方法进行产物的定性分析，并与在同一仪器、同一条件下做出的标准谱图进行比对；采用硫酸-甲醇酯化法和快速酯化法制备出均苯三甲酸三甲酯，对其进行气相色谱FID定量分析，进而确定固体产物中均苯三甲酸的纯度；用酸碱滴定法确定固体产物的酸值，以对固体产物中均苯三甲酸的纯度进行验证。

This is the first report of pectenolone and pectenoxanthin, two types of carotenoid, in the muscle of the Yesso scallop.3 Roles of the carotenoids composition and accumulation in Yesso scallopThe method for detecting carotenoids using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The conditions of RP-HPLC analysis were an analytical scale (200×4.6 mm, inner diameter 5μm) Eclipse XDB-C18 column of Agilent corporation; 10μl injection volume; 25°C column temperature; acetonitrile, methanol and methylene dichloride mobile phase (40:56:4, V/VV) with 0.1% BHT; 1.0 ml per minute flow rate; 450 nm UV-VIS detector; 8 minutes elution.The carotenoids from orange muscle of Yesso scallop of 7, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22 months old was detected using the method refered above.

通过柱层析、高效液相等手段对橘红色闭壳肌中的主要类胡萝卜素进行了提取分离，分离提纯得到两种类胡萝卜素，并通过MS、~1H-NMR和~(13)C-NMR对其进行结构鉴定，结果表明(3S，3\'R)-3，3\'-dihydroxy-7\'，8\'-didehydro-β，β-Caroten-4-one和(3S，3\'S)-7，7\'，8，8\'-tetradehydro-β，β-Carotene-3，3\'-diol，俗称pectenolone和pectenoxanthin是橘红色闭壳肌中的主要类胡萝卜素，这是国内外首次对虾夷扇贝闭壳肌中的类胡萝卜素进行提纯及结构鉴定。3虾夷扇贝类胡萝卜素的种类组成和累积变化规律建立了橘红色闭壳肌中类胡萝卜素的HPLC分析定量检测技术：色普柱为Agilent公司的Eclipse XDB-C18柱200mm×4.6mm，i.d.5μm进样体积，5μl ；流速1ml/min；检测波长450nm；柱温25℃；流动相为乙腈：甲醇：二氯甲烷(V/V/V=40：56：4并加入0.1%的BHT；分离时间为8min。

This article starts form carding the formation and development of the animations in the United States, Japan and Europe, in their respective national television animation style characteristics. In the second chapter, from the national culture, folk customs and ways, the character and geographical four conditions explore the United States, Japan, Europe, ethnic style animation in the film formation due to the dynamic; Chapter III trays to find the common aesthetic features of the Television Animation factors in United States, Japan, Europe, also this part describes the characters from four aspects, such as to find truthfulness, to find kind and so on. Chapter four is the key of this article, this part colludes several parts , such as film animation level, the way how animation to present to the concept of integrity, the character and language of the text character and so on . This end of this article is a summary of papers, down from globalization understanding of the vision of China Television Animation, the theoretical study of the ultimate goal is to practice creative services, what is more important is a comparative analysis, which received some of reference, identify China Television Animation and the gap between other countries, in order to learn from foreign advanced development of the film and television animation experience in the domestic film and television animation themes and concepts updates, in the localization of the close integration with the international on the road to the former OK, can have a more far-reaching significance.

论文首先从美、日、欧、中影视动画各自民族风格的特点出发，对其民族风格的形成与发展进行系统的梳理；进而在第二章中，从民族文化、民风民俗、民族性格和地域条件四个方面探究美、日、欧、中影视动画民族风格形成的动因；第三章是对美、日、欧、中影视动画的同质性因素进行比较，论文从启真、扬善、弘美、尚趣四个维度来寻求其共通的美学特征；第四章中外影视动画民族风格的异质性因素比较是本文的重点，也是论文的难点，这一章涉及到许多影视动画本体性的层面，拟从动画的观念品格、文本品格和行为品格三个方面进行把握、比较；最后一章是论文的总结，从全球化的视野下来认识中国影视动画，理论研究的最终目的是要为实践创作服务的，因而，论文更主要的是通过比较分析，从中获得一些借鉴性意见，找出中国影视动画和其他国家之间的差距，更好的学习国外影视动画先进的发展经验，以期对国产影视动画在题材和观念的更新上、在本土化与国际化紧密结合的道路上如何前行能够有更为深远的指导意义。

At first, the dissertation neatened the meanings ,types and characters of rubric systematacially; found out the deficiencies in the researchs at home and abroad by literature, and analysed the current problems in using the rubric by questionnaire and interview; based on the analysis on the platforms" functions abroad and the demands of users, the author designed and developed a web-based rubric which can create rubric and assess students online; primarily designed a teaching assessment process based on rubric by the education assessment theories, and by action research, sampled the BiGguiYuan middle school students in Grade 2 as the research objects, used the rubric in information technology teaching; during the study, the author observed the teaching activities,students" learning behaviors and teaching blogs; finally, the author analyzed the dates from questionnaire and teachers interview and observing of the researcher,testified each other in order to validate the effect of applying rubric.

本文首先对量规的含义、类型和特点等进行了系统梳理；通过文献调研发现国内外研究中的不足，并运用问卷调查法和访谈法，分析出当前使用量规过程中存在的问题；在对国外平台的功能和国内用户需求分析的基础上，设计和开发了一个基于网络的量规自动生成和在线评价平台；本研究在现代教育评价理论的指导下，初步设计出基于量规的教学评价过程，通过行动研究，选取顺德碧桂园学校初二学生作为研究对象，在《信息技术》教学中运用该过程；在研究过程中，对教师教学活动、学生的课堂学习行为以及教学日志进行了观察；最后运用&三角互证法&对问卷调查数据、教师的访谈和研究者的观察记录进行分析，验证量规的应用效果。

The thymuses, spleens, sera and anticoagulant blood were collected after the rats were killed, to carry out these works:(1) Zinc concentrations were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry;(2) Body weight and the weight of thymuses and spleens were measured, the organ index were calculated;(3) Changes in pathology of thymus and spleen were observed;(4) Using TUNEL (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling) method, the apoptosis of thmocytes and spleen lymphocytes was checked;(5) The expression of bcl-2、bax mRNA in thymus and spleen were detected by RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction);(6) The expression of p56〓, a signal transduction protein in thymus and spleen were detected by immunohistochemistry;(7) Two-color cytofluorometric analysis was used to assess the expression of CD4, CD8, CD45RA and CD45RC in peripheral blood lymphocytes.
