承担的教学工作包括本科课程"CMOS模拟集成电路设计"、"IC设计课程设计"，研究生课程"IC设计项目管理"，指导国家大学生创新实验项目两个。2006年3月参加了由国家教育部组织，国家集成电路师资培训中心和中国国家人才交流基金会联合举办的"集成电路骨干教师培训班"，赴比利时鲁汶天主教大学及IMEC进修学习。

面对新课程改革，教师不是把自己的角色转变为其他角色，而是根据新课程的要求重新确定自己的职业内涵：教师是学生的服务者，这是教师角色的本质特征，表明教师的性质和工作态度；是学生学习的促进者，这是教师角色的核心特征，规范教师的教学行为；是教与学的合作者，这是教师角色的基本特征，规范师生平等的教学关系；是新课程的建设者和教学研究者，这是教师角色的重要特征，规范教师的专业研究与进修提高。

The perspectives of implementation for in-service education:cumculum leaders should help teachers to use the following teaching strategies;(1) methods of constructivism;(2) process and step of autobiographical text;(3) orientation of curriculum deliberation;(4) programs of mythopoetic curriculum.

二、在教师进修「教学实施」方面：课程领导者应致力於教导教师们运用建构主义的教学策略、自传文本的教学程序、课程慎思的教学取向、及想像诗意的教学规划等。

This article discusses the process of teacher education from unity to diversification, and analyses the questions of teacher profession in student selection, pre-job education, practical training, qualification, employ, and on-job education. It recommends 11 improvement strategies as follow: to control severely and to make better demand evaluation, to preserve partly students at government expense to spread excellent mission, to postpone the pre-job education to graduation, to make system and resource soundness in teacher education center, to make the curriculum of pre-job education flexible, to communicate college and school closely, to examine qualification actually, to unitize the teacher employ impartially, to bring the outsider into the teacher arbitration board, to classify teachers, and to found the major on-job education unit drawing up the integrated on-job education system.

摘要本文探讨我国师资培育从封闭一元到多元开放的历程，并从教师专业的角度分析师资培育多元化之後，在甄选学生，职前培育，实习，资格检定，教师聘任，以及进修等方面所遭遇的问题，对於这些问题提出下列十一项改进策略：需要严格把关，并做好需求评估；保留部分师范公费生以传承优良使命；师资培育职前课程应延至学士程度之後；「师资培育中心」制度须健全，资源须充分；职前培育课程必须具有弹性，避免固定僵化；大学与实习学校必须共同规划，密切交流；资格检定必须经过实质审查；聘任的方式必须有一致性与公平性；教评会应考虑纳入外部人士；师资培育多元化须配合教师分级制度；成立专责进修单位，规划整全系统的进修制度，提升教师进修品质。

The perspectives of contents for in-service education:cumculum leaders should help teachers to develop the following concepts or awareness:(1) the ethics of strong democracy;(2) curriculum as constructed experience;(3) critical reflection;(4) emancipatory viewpoints;(5) integrating the noesis and noema.

最后，本文归结出以下结论：一、在教师进修「课程内容」方面：应融入民主概念、实现「课程即建构经验」的理念、鼓励教师具有解放和自由的批判意识、支持教育实务的活动观、开启教师对现象的直观和诠释。
