The influences of different metallization ,different oxidation and different gas temperatures on coal and oxygen consumption were studied.

研究了金属化率、氧化度、荒煤气温度对煤耗、氧耗和煤气量的影响；通过对熔化气化炉热平衡分析，了解热量的收入与支出项；通过对还原煤气气体成分的分析图，判断该气体成分能否满足竖炉的需求，通过调整操作参数更新还原煤气的煤气成分。

Whenpyridine was used as reductive decomposing agent, the expecting cholest-4-en-3,6-dione-22-al was obtained. However, when Zn/HOAc was used to decomposethe ozonide, C-4,5 double bond was further reduced to give cholest-3,6-dione-22-al as main product. 2 For the side-chain construction of compound (1), the solid-liquid phase-transfer Wittig reaction was used. When (3-methyl-2-oxobutyl)-triphenylarsonium bromide was used as reagent, the reaction can be carried out inmild reaction condition and the yield is higher than that when phosphorane wasused.

但使用Zn／HOAc作为分解剂时，却得到其氢化产物胆甾-3， 6-二酮-22-醛；2在甾体支链引入过程中，采用固-液相转移Wittig反应的方法，用(3-甲基)-2-氧丁基三苯基溴化胂作为试剂，反应在非常温和的条件下便可完成，而且产率比传统采用膦烷的方法更高；3在对某些甾酮化合物的选择性还原反应研究时，发现在〓还原体系中，当加入某些金属离子后，反应有更好的区域选择性和立体选择性。

It is suggested that quite a lot of the Be, Co, Cu and Pb could be originated from the syngenetic stage during which the coal-forming plants grew. The strongly seawater-effected peat bog with the reductive and alkaline water could be in favor of the relative enrichment of the Be, Co and Cu, and the faintly seawater-effected bog with the slightly reductive and alkaline water could be in much favor of the enrichment of the Mn, Mo, Ni, P, Pb, Th, Tl and U.

Four different catechin content cultivars were selected from our tea germplasm appraisal database to assay the gene expression level of the seven genes, flavonol synthase, dihydroflavonol-4-reductase, leucoanthocyanidin reductase, anthocyanidin synthase, etc, which were involved in the flavonoids biosynthesis. The result showed that, the DFR and LAR transcripts were expressed increased with the increasing of tea catechin contents. Nevertheless, the others did not show this tendency clearly.

Therefore, the accuracy and precision of the proposed method are almost the same with hydrazine hydrate gravimetry, and are a little better than ammonium chloroplatinate gravimetry. But it is rapid, economic, secure, easy to operate and environmental friendly.

结果表明：测定37%~65%的Pt含量，本法、氯铂酸氨重量法、水合肼还原重量法的相对平均误差分别为-0.14%~+0.13%、-0.21%~+0.21%、-0.13%~+0.14%，相对标准偏差分别为0.05%~0.08%、0.11%~0.14%、0.08%~0.09%，故本法的准确度和精密度与水合肼还原重量法的基本一致，较氯铂酸氨重量法的略好；但本法消解快速、节能、安全，操作简便，对环境污染程度小，适宜推广运用。

Theenvironmental risk of leachate from landfill with different operation modes depend ontheir accumulation amount rather than their sudden concentrations and fraction.(7)The high SRB metabolism activity and the accumulation of metabolitewere the main reasons of in-situ precipitation phenomenon of Cu~(2+) and Zn~(2+) inlandfill refuse in bioreactor landfill. Heavy metals in bioreactor landfill havemechanism of in-situ immobilization controlling by SRB metabolism. Thepredominant SRB in landfill refuse belongs to Desulfovibrio vulgaris sp.

7生物反应器填埋场中较高的SRB代谢活性及其逐步累积的代谢产物硫化物是填埋垃圾中的Cu~(2+)和Zn~(2+)形成硫化物沉淀而发生重金属原位固定现象主要原因，生物反应器填埋场中重金属存在原位固定的硫酸盐还原菌调控机理，初步从形态判断填埋垃圾中的优势硫酸盐还原菌属普通脱硫弧菌属Desulfovibriovulgaris sp。
