We proposed this SNP site correlated with IMP content in chickens. A neighbour-joining dendrogram was constructed based on the Nei's genentic distance. The genetic relationship between Chinese red jungle fowl and Tibetan chickens was the nearest, whereas Baier chickens were more closer to Silkies chickens. The Chinese red jungle fowls were relatively closer to the domestic fowls, whereas Thailand red jungle fowls were relatively diverging to the Chi-nese native breeds. These results supported the theory concerning the independent origins of Chinese native fowl breeds.

Based on the established GIS of the Oncomcelania Snails' distribution in Dongting Lake, the author analyzes the environmental condition of the Oncomcelania Snails' habitates comprehensively by the spatial analyzing technology. The results are as following: firstly, the predominant vegetation of Oncomcelania Snails habitat is reed and sedgy. The habitats with reed has a higher livability than with sedgy as dominating vegetation. However, the diffusion of Oncomcelania Snails is much serious in the habitats with sedgy. Secondly ,the predominant soil type of the Oncomcelania Snails breeding area is temporary submergic paddy soils, which is in weak acidity environment, of that PH value is 5.5--7.5, and the organic content is in 2---3%. Thirdly, the 80 percent of the Oncomcelania Snails breeding area, the normalized difference vegetation index of that is in 0.100-0.375%, and the soil humidity of that is in 0.202—0.507, and the distance to the water of that is in 10-230 meters.

在已建立的洞庭湖区江滩钉螺分布地理信息系统的基础上，运用GIS空间分析技术，对钉螺孳生地的环境状况作了比较全面的分析，发现洞庭湖区江滩钉螺孳生地植被类型主要为芦苇和莎草类，钉螺在莎草地带中的存活率高于芦苇地带，而钉螺感染情况最严重的在芦苇地带中；孳生地的土壤类型主要为潴育性水稻土；孳生地土壤PH值处于5.5-7.5之间的弱酸性环境，有机质含量处于2-3%之间；80%孳生地的植被标化指数在0.100-0.375之间、土壤湿度在0.202-0.507之间、近水源距离为10-230之间。

Study on the driving forces of land use/cover temporal-spatial change. On the basis of the systematical study on natural and social-ecomic factors including climate, population, technology and affluence status etc. during the past 50 years in this area, the multivariate statistics simulation models of LUCC were developed for two periods of 1950's-1980's and 1986-2000 respectively. Then, the Thiesson polygon method was used to the spatial allocation of soci-economic factors, thereby the spatial relationship between land use degree change and socieconomic factor variation was detected within GIS. Based on the analysis of the integrative characters in different geographical divisions, the electivity index was employed to describe the possible impacts of the natural landscape structure on spatial differentiation of land use transition. At last, correlation analysis between major roads and the distribution of land use change was made.
