METHODS:The CCT and ocular axial length were measured by ultrasonic,IOP by non-contact tonometer,refraction by keratometer in 252 eyes of 126 cases with high myopias,respectively.

根据近视屈光度不同分为4组，即按等效球镜分为：1组-6.00D≤屈光度7.00D，72眼；2组-7.00D≤屈光度8.00D，80眼；3组-8.00D≤屈光度9.00D，48眼；4组≥-9.00D，52眼。

Methods Sixty students(120 eyes)with myopia(within-2.50D)were selected.visival acuity,cycloplegic refraction,keratometer,ocular axis,stereoscopic vision,and phoria strabismus were observed before and after 1～1.5 years wearing Anti-myopia Glasses.

方法60例(120眼)近视度在-2.50D以内的中小学生，观察其戴镜1～1.5年后的裸眼远视力、屈光检查结果、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、立体视觉及隐斜度的变化。

Sex, age, spherical equivalent, and preoperative keratometry did not affect conical flap thickness.

性别、年龄、近视度数及术前角膜弧度对角膜皮瓣厚度没有影响。

METHODS: From January 2001 to October 2002, 21 high myopia patients (39 eyes) with borderline corneal thickness were treated with LASIK. Visual acuity, keratometry readings and central corneal thickness were measured at 3 years after surgery. These data were compared with preoperative and early postoperative results.

选2001-01/2002-10在我院行LASIK手术的高度近视相对薄角膜患者21例39眼，查术后3a的视力、眼压、屈光状态、角膜曲率及中央角膜厚度，并与术前及术后早期数据进行统计学比较分析。

The long-term outcomes of highly myopic patients with borderline corneal thickness after LASIK were less stable and predictable. The regression was probably related to the preoperative refraction, age, corneal thickness and keratometry readings.

高度近视薄角膜患者LASIK术后的远期稳定性较低，可预测性较差，术后屈光回退可能与术前屈光、年龄、角膜厚度和曲率的改变有关。

Second, we put lens in front of the right eye of the subjects, the degree of lens were increased laddered by 0.50D (range+1. 00～+4. 00D,-1. 00～-4. 00D), induced simply myopia and hyperopia anisometropia.

Because transient increases in choroidal thickness are followed by a prolonged decrease in synthesis of extracellular matrix molecules and a slowing of ocular elongation, and attempts to decouple the choroidal and scleral changes have largely failed, it seems that the thickening of the choroid may be mechanistically linked to the scleral synthesis of macromolecules, and thus may play an important role in the homeostatic control of eye growth, and, consequently, in the etiology of myopia and hyperopia.
