This study showed that the most important fitness indicator for Taiwan is the amount of physical activity, including time and intensity of participation. The first concern of government should be the increase in number of people participating in physical activity and to make exercise as part of life style. Increased amount of physical activity could reduce the risk for many chronic diseases. The yearly fitness test should focus on the amount of physical activity conducted, the socioeconomic information, and the baffler of engaging physical activity.

本研究的结果显示，当前我国最重要的课题应在於提升运动人口，培养国民运动习惯，最重要的体适能指标应为身体活动量，包括参与运动的时间和强度；增加身体活动量可降低各种慢性病罹患机率，每年的体适能检测应以调查民众身体活动量为主，并包含社会经济地位与参与身体活动的限制因素等资料，以作为制定政策的参考。

From the sea ice motion data extracted from the MODIS and AVHRR images, it is found that the sea ice motion in the Bohai Sea is effected not only by prevailing winds but also by topographic steering, ocean currents and internal ice stresses. The extracted sea ice drift is similar to observed ice drift, and can clearly show the sea ice drift in the Marginal Ice Zone especially. It can compensate for the limitation of the local or single station observation.

C.Principles and applications of new-type gyroscpes, such as electrically suspended gyro, ring laser gyroscope, fiber optical gyroscope, hemispherical resonator gyro, dynamically tuned gyroscope and micro inertial sensors.

First low order approximation of generating function and approximate optimal trajectory were obtained. Then using low order approximation of generating function of Hamilton "relative motion" to the approximate optimal trajectory, improvement of the approximate optimal trajectory was iteratively made. In this way, high order approximation accuracy can be obtained by only using low order approximation, which is much cost effective in computing.
