Uses the literature and comparative analysis of high-speed camera and so on, adopted Germany SIMI-motion video analysis system to analyze the technical characteristics of hammer throw athletes between the champion Miankewa and bronze medal Zhang Wenxiu in 29th Olympic Games, and to find the difference between these two athletes. The recommendations for future training of Zhang Wenxiu were provided in the end of this paper.
