Among the groups of aged, results showed that rats of 1-hour and 2hours group whose recovery function of hepatocyte apoptosis were of most significant. The increasing number of hepatocyte might be one of the cytological mechanisms of how aerobic exercise delays cell aging. Further researches on the phenomenon of the anomalous change of the hepatocyte apoptosis ratio among the youth groups are needed expectably.
