Get the neonate Sprague-Dawley rats medulla spinalis, through the conventional primary cell culture procedure, we use the method of difference adherence time and get the motor neurons of anterior spinal cord. When the neuron is in maturity, we make the mechanical injury model in vitro. All the models were divided into four groups: group A is control group; group B is 100μM ATP group; group C is 100μM ATP+20μg/ml suramin group and group D is 100μM ATP+10μM ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin group. Culture the four groups neurons, after one day, we count the motor neuron, observe the survival and activity of neurons through MTT shade selection experiment, use flow cytometry to analyze the percentage of apoptosis of motor neurons of anterior spinal cord and detect the expression of protein p-GSK-3β(ser9) through Western-Blot technology.
方法取新生大鼠脊髓,通过常规的原代细胞培养程序,采用差速贴壁法分离出大鼠脊髓前角运动神经元,培养成熟后制作神经元机械损伤体外模型,分为A组:对照组、B组:100μMATP组、C组:100gMATP+20μg/ml Suramin组和D组:100μM ATP+IOμM Ouabain+10μg/ml Thapsigargin组,对各组机械损伤的运动神经元进行培养,1天后分别进行运动神经元计数、MTT比色实验观察运动神经元的存活及活性、流式细胞仪分析机械损伤的脊髓前角运动神经元凋亡百分率和Werstern Blot技术检测p-GSK-3β(ser9)的表达。

Many new detection techniques are proposed, that include: To overcome the faults of cross-terms and short unambiguity range for the common Wigner-Ville Distribution , short-time Fourier transform and Gabor transform are applied to SAR moving target detection. To improve the detection performance of WVD in noise environment, a new technique based on the Cross-WVD is proposed. The application of fractional Fourier transform to chirp signal detection is analyzed and extended to SAR moving target detection. To eliminate the restriction of chirp-Fourier transform, a new modified definition is proposed and applied to SAR moving target detection. To detect multiple moving targets whose scattering intensities are different heavily, the CLEAN technique is combined with the above techniques and the ideal detection performance is achieved. At last, the whole dissertation is concluded.
具体的研究成果如下:针对常用的Wigner-Ville分布在多目标情况下存在交叉项,并且多普勒不模糊范围小的缺点,提出将短时Fourier变换和Gabor变换应用于SAR运动目标检测,分析了其优势所在;为进一步提高Wigner-Ville分布低信噪比条件下的信号检测能力,提出基于互Wigner-Ville分布的运动目标检测方法;分析了分数阶Fourier变换在线性调频信号检测中的应用,提出基于分数阶Fourier变换的运动目标检测算法;对离散Chirp-Fourier变换的定义进行了修正,提出修正的离散Chirp-Fourier变换,克服了限制其应用的约束条件,并用于SAR运动目标检测当中;强度相差较大的多运动目标检测历来是机载SAR技术的一个重点和难点,我们将CLEAN思想融入上述多种算法当中,良好地解决了该问题。

The major findings are:⑴During the intelligence test for the three groups of students, for half of the students or most of the students their scores on the all-including scale, the language scale and the performance scale all increased to various degrees;⑵From the analysis of the relationship between intelligence and reaction time, it is found that the result of this study confirms the existing views that there is a negative correlation between intelligence and reaction time, and the negative correlation is more evident when it is choice reaction time;⑶Different motor skills have different influences upon children with lower intelligence. Though the difference is not large, the average increasing percentages in the sample T tests for the three groups before and after the experiment show that the effect of open motor skill is the best, that of the synthetic motor skill or the open-closed is the better, and that there isn't a marked change in the closed motor skill trainees;⑷While analyzing the result of the experiment, it is found that the scores on the performance scale are higher than the scores on the language scale, especially in the open motor skill group, which tells us that the intelligence improving effect of physical training is realized to a greater extent through increasing their performance abililty.

The program of AER+RES was similar to AER, but went through resistance exercise 20min in base section of every exercise trail.Result: Prior to intervention, adiponectin levels were significantly correlated with BMI、 WHR、 COS、 LN、 LN、 TG、 LG10、 LN、 weight、 waist、 FM、%F, and leptin levels were significantly correlated with BMI、 WHR 、 LN 、 LN 、 TG 、 HDL-C 、 LG10、 apoB 、 apoA1/apoB、 waist、 F1M、%F. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that LG10; COS and waist was an predictor of basal adiponectin levels , and %F,apoB and WHR was an predictor of basal leptin levels. In early obesity, adiponectin and leptin can be worsened , along with the changed of body component, fasting plasm glucose and lipid accumulation. After intervention, both group were significantly reduction in FM,%F,weight, WHR,FPG and TG, while HDL-C had significantly increased.AER exhibited significant in leptin, while AER+RES did not show the change. Insulin and HOMA-IR were changed in both groups. The control group exhibited no significant change in any variables. Although adiponectin levels were unchanged in the three groups, a significant negativecorrelation between delta %F, delta WHR and delta FPG was observed. Futhermore, if compare the degree of delta weight, we fought a significant increased in adiponectin between the group of delta weight higher (=3kg) than delta weight lower(=0kg), delta %F, delta WHR and delta weight were significant negative correlation with delta leptin.
