ABSTRACT According to the point of view of enterprise strategy management, Activity-Based Management of Whole Business Process combines supply, production and distribution of enterprise tightly and appropriately. In strategic, from the high point when all comes to all of enterprise, ABMWBP attaches importance to effect of every activity to targets of management and strategy, and advocates that every activity must be for whole benefits. In tactics, by going into the most elementary part of enterprise business---activities, and by controlling resources consumed by it, costs of activities are reduced and the process efficiency is improved greatly.

企业生产经营全过程作业管理的理论和方法是从企业全过程的战略高度出发，把企业供、产、销有机地结合在一起；在战略上，全过程作业管理站在企业全局的高度，重视每一项作业对企业经营目标和战略目标的作用，提倡每一项作业的安排必须服从企业的整体利益；在战术上，它通过深入到企业生产经营最细微的作业层次，从构成企业基本活动的作业着手，通过控制作业的资源消耗，达到控制企业成本、提高过程效率的目的。

This dissertation describes stochastic dynamic demand using Wiener process, builds up an optimal control model of pricing, and proposes the benchmark of estimating and adjusting price for maximizing total profit during product life cycle.

本文用Wiener过程描述随机需求的动态过程，建立了定价策略的随机最优控制模型，采用动态规划法，给出了以产品全寿命期总利润最大化为目标的价格策略模型，并在此基础上给出了价格调整策略判断依据。

The simulation results demonstrate that the controller is valid and effective for synchronous control of the pendulum angle and cart position based on adaptative neuro-fuzzy inference system. And the analogy controllers can be applied to many engineering fields.

仿真结果表明，ANFIS控制器对倒立摆系统的摆杆角度和小车位置的控制过程均具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能，说明了自适应神经模糊推理系统在倒立摆系统控制中的有效性。

Compared with the previous method, the improved route can provide directly a spheroid form of immobilized lipase particles of which the size can be controlled by adding non-ionic surfactants during the preparation process so as to increase the recovery rate of enzyme as well as decrease the external diffusional restriction which can diminish the enzyme activity. The improved method can also alter the hydrophobicity and microstructure of the immobilized enzyme matrix by changing the molar ratios of different alkoxyl silanes so as to enhance the enzyme activity by a"surface active effect"and eliminating the internal diffusional restriction.
