本文根据已有的旋锻加工理论、机器人理论以及机械理论，认真地研究了旋锻加工过程及其自动化过程的实现型式，提出了利用气动机械手来代替人手进行旋锻加工的实施方案，方案包括：上料、加热、旋锻、调头、再加热、旋锻、移出等工序的自动化系统，并依此设计机械手主体、顶杆机构、换向机构、移送机构等子系统及其控制部分，并通过静力学、动力学分析以及三维建模仿真优化技术论证了方案可行性、可靠性，试图解决钨杆旋锻加工过程的自动化问题。
