2.1 绩效管理理论概述。绩效管理是企业管理者通过一定的方法和制度确保企业及其子系统(部门、流程、工作团队和员工个人)的绩效成果能够与企业的战略目标保持一致，并促进企业战略目标实现的过程，是管理者与员工之间在目标与如何实现目标上所达成共识的过程，也是增强员工成功地达到目标的能力的管理方法以及促进员工取得优异绩效的管理过程。
