It's pointed out that soft sensor will play more important role in field bus network control system. According to this, a crude solution was addressed. At last, we point out that soft sensor technology must used to build an information warehouse for the whole enterprise, combined with data fusion, data warehouse, data rectification and other related technologies. The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows: The background, requirement, and application situation of soft sensors are expounded, the theories, methods and skills of soft sensing technology are analyzed, and the fruits and problems in current soft sensor technologies are summarized. Some new methods of soft sensor is proposed: A principal component analysis-based secondary variable selection method are proposed; A new conception which modeling data should have gross error detection is addressed, and then a cluster analysis-based modeling data gross error detection method is given.

本文的主要贡献有：对软测量技术根据实践的要求进行了一定的理论研究，针对具体问题提出了新的方法：讨论了辅助变量选择问题，研究了基于主元分析的辅助变量选择方法，该方法克服了传统方法只能利用数学模型产生的仿真数据进行最优辅助变量选择的缺点，可以根据历史数据进行辅助变量选择；提出了建模数据显著误差侦破的概念，指出传统的显著误差侦破研究的是已知过程数学模型的情况，而建模时数学模型是未知的，但是直接来自现场的数据并不能保证不含显著误差，并用基于聚类分析的方法解决了该问题，该方法利用聚类分析原理，直接面对过程数据，不需以过程模型为基础，在此基础上给出了软测量建模过程中样本数据的处理方法。

For managing product development process of industrial enterprise in effect, method of constructing process model based on ProA modeling unit is put forward based on applying IDEF0, hierarchy Petri nets, object-oriented and analyzing relationship between activity and process.

为了有效对制造企业产品开发过程管理，在应用IDEF0模型、分层Petri网和面向对象设计方法并在分析活动和过程关系的基础上，提出了基于活动及其实现过程建模单元的过程模型的建立方法。

Besides expressing design result, it provides domain constraint for design process and model information for digital assembly sequence planning and simulation of stamping die, which is usually ignored in the former product models. Taking the specific structure and design process of stamping die into account, the information of workpiece is composed in die product model as product feature. Former product models merely contain mainly about the die design result, this model extends the contents of product model with the relation feature of the composed subassembly and parts and also other associated production knowledge. It is convenient for getting the associated information during intelligentized design process.

该模型不但能完整地表达冲模的设计结果，同时还表达和存储了冲模设计的知识信息，能较好地为冲模的设计过程提供规则和约束，支持产品的智能设计过程以及冲模的数字化预装配规划和仿真；而模型中冲压件信息的集成则扩大了冲模产品模型的信息内涵和应用外延，便于建立冲模智能设计过程的信息关联，从而使集成信息模型成为产品设计过程上、下游活动实现信息共享的基础。

Referring to the construct of the common experts system, the frame and function of our system was determined to extend the OPS83 ratiocinative method with converse ratiocinative method, and the ratiocinative mechanism based on target-driver controlling was realized. In accordance with the complexity, uncertainty and confusion of chip forming and chip-breaking process, We suppose imprecise ratiocinative mechanism on the basis of confusion mathematics theory, and found prediction system of the chip forming and chipbreaking for the first time.

研究确定了切屑形成与折断过程预报系统的结构框架，参照一般的专家系统构成原理，确定了本系统结构与功能；扩充了OPS83的推理方式，增加了逆向推理功能，实现了基于目标驱动控制的推理机制；针对切削过程中切屑形成与折断过程的复杂性、不确定性和模糊性，运用模糊数学理论，设计了不精确推理机制；首次建立了切屑形成与折断过程预报系统。

本发明提供了一种采用外码增强技术反馈链路质量的功率分配调整方法包括：S402，终端进行传输信道复用的逆过程；S404，CRC校验统计模块判断逆过程中的CRC校验计算是否正确，并且在根据判断结果进行相关处理后，统计逆过程中CRC校验的正确情况；S406，终端根据CRC校验统计模块的统计结果输出传输信道的链路质量；S408，RNC发送计数过程请求消息，并且终端在预定条件下响应计数，并反馈传输信道的链路质量；S410，RNC在接收到预定数量的计数响应后，统计终端反馈的链路质量，并根据统计结果确定是否调整承载MBMS的信道的功率分配。
