In order to improve the electrocatalytic activity of the anode in the Direct Methanol Feul Cell, three kinds of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdic acid modified platinum electrodes were prepared, and the electrochemical behavior in the sulphuric acid solution of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdic acid modified platinum electrodes and their electrocatalytic effects of methanol oxidation were studyed. The anti-poison effect to carbon monoxide of the prepared electrodes were studied by the carbon monoxide adsorbing.

The results show that the three kinds of heteropolyacid modified platinum electrodes have the higher electrocatalytic activity to methanol oxidation, PMnMo11 modified platinum electrode has the highest electrocatalytic activity. Meanwhile the anti-poison effect to carbon monoxide of platinum electrode can been improved by modification of transition metal substituted phosphomolybdic acid.

结果表明，三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰铂电极均能够提高铂电极的催化活性，其中PMnMo11修饰铂电极对甲醇的催化活性最高，同时铂电极经三种过渡金属取代磷钼酸修饰后抗一氧化碳毒化能力增强。

In order to get the information of interaction between metal complex and DNA and select metal complexes which can cleave DNA effectively, twenty seven transition metal complexes containing O/N coordinate atoms have been synthesized in this thesis. We report the synthesis, crystal structure and properties of the complexes. One of the complexes is the first μ〓-oxalato tetranuclear Cu complex, in which there is ferromagnetic interaction between the copper atoms bridged by oxalate ions. Two trinuclear copper complexes containing partial cubane Cu〓O〓 cores have been synthesized and discussed the magnetic properties.
