ABSTRACT Particle filter is a new real time inference algorithm which is based on Bayesian inference and Monte carlo method. Because of its unique characteristics such as flexible, easy to implement, parallelizable, extensive applicability and efficient to process nonlinear problems, particle filter has been paid more and more attention in recent years and becomes a new and very promising hot topic in applied statistics, signal processing, automatic control, artificial intelligence and machine learning communities. At the same time, the formidable increasing computational power and some recent developments in applied statistics and probability theory has stimulated many advances in this field.

始于20世纪90年代初的粒子滤波器技术是一种基于贝叶斯推理和蒙特卡罗方法的实时在线推理算法，因其具有灵活、易于实现、并行化、应用前景广阔以及有效处理非线性问题等特点，受到了越来越广泛的重视，成为统计学、信号处理、自动控制、人工智能、机器学习等领域新的研究热点，同时伴随着计算机计算能力的超指数增长以及应用统计学、概率论等一些学科的不断进步，使该领域的研究得到了迅速发展。

The results show that proper control of additive, flocculating agent, temperature, stir speed, quantity of each agent and other process parameters could effectively remove the impurities in the coagulation bath such as the solid, big molecules in the forms of undissolved colloid and semi-colloid. The sizes of flocculates are big and loose, ready to precipitate, therefore the impurity removing effect is very ideal, greatly improving the exchange ability of the ion exchange resin in the subsequent process.

研究结果表明在选用合适的添加剂与絮凝剂，适当控制絮凝的温度、搅拌速度、各试剂的添加量和添加顺序等相关工艺参数的条件下，凝固浴中的絮状固体杂质、以未溶解的胶态和半胶态形式存在的大分子性杂质等都被去除，絮凝物块大而疏松，沉降迅速，除杂纯化效果非常理想，大大提高了后续处理工艺中阴阳离子交换树脂的处理能力。

The result of variance of analysis showed that the germination capacity of treatment in 15,18,19,23,24,were all higher than 85 percent.15 treatment was best from single direction of germination capacity and 18 and 23 were best both from germination capacity and sparing irrigation ,namely when holard was 20%-25%,irrigation was 60m~3/hm~2.(2) Pn showed single peak curve at different holard and irrigation.

Basing on TI Corporation's DSP chips TMS320LF2407A as high-voltage protection system CPU in this article, AC analog which comes from high voltage power grid is converted to digital value which DSP can process by 14-bit A/D converter MAX125, monitoring the entire status of the high-voltage power grid in real-time, tripping off by controlling external relay quickly when abnormal operation happened, turn off the power grid to protect the power grid and other electrical equipment.

本文是基于TI公司的TMS320LF2407A型DSP芯片作为高压电继电保护系统的中央处理器。通过MAX125的14位A/D转换器采集高压电网中交流模拟量来转换为供DSP处理的数字量，从而进行数据分析处理，对整个高压电网的运行状况进行实时监控，当遇到不良运转时控制外部继电器迅速跳闸，切断电网，从而保护整个电网及其他用电设备。
