MSCTA showed stenosis and obstruction of internal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery, including thirteen cases with bilateral and 6 cases with single lateral. There appeared abnormal vessels looked like smog on cerebral bottom. More than one branches of collateral artery could be seen in most of them. Sacculated aneurysm of lenticulostriate artery was shown in one patient. Five patients who were performed both MSCTA and DSA displayed similar above-mentioned vascular lesions.

MSCTA均清晰显示不同程度颈内动脉虹吸段、大脑前动脉及大脑中动脉起始段狭窄、闭塞，双侧病变者13例（68.4%），单侧病变者6例（31.6%）；脑底部见纤细迂曲的&烟雾&状异常血管网；大多可显示1支以上侧支动脉；1例显示右侧豆纹动脉囊状动脉瘤。5例同时行MSCTA与DSA者，均很好显示了上述血管病变。

Methods There were 102 cases in this study , 78 cases in tortuosity group and 24 cases in non-tortuosity group. All the patients received coronary angiography and rest electrocardiography , and part of them did exercise test because of suspected angina.

将102例冠状动脉造影无明显狭窄病变的胸痛患者分为冠状动脉迂曲组78例和无迂曲组24例，观察两组胸痛发作情况、临床用药效果、冠状动脉造影特点和心电图及运动试验的特点。

In chapter 2, we focus on derivation of the tortuosity models for flow of Newtonian incompressible fluid in two- and three-dimensional porous media with spherical, cubic and plate-like particles by applying the geometrical method. Results Following orchiectomy 7d,the amount of CGRP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the AP of the rat increased significantly, with the tortuous varicose fibers more densely distributed than that of NOR and the amount of varicosities increased significantly, while the thick fibers were more thicker than that of NOR,and many thin fibers were sent out from the thick fibers, and the varicosities were more larger.
