The results indicated that,during MV drying,moisture distribution in wood was relatively uniform,without an obvious moisture content gradient along the direction of thickness of wood.Moisture distribution in wood was more uniform in the last period of drying.Above Fiber Saturation Point,the movement of moisture through wood was assumed to be permeable movement of free water and vapor under the action of pressure gradient;below FSP,moisture existing in vapor form in wood moved in response to a pressure gradient.Moisture transfer caused by heat diffusion and a moisture content gradient could be neglected.

研究结果表明：在微波真空干燥过程中，木材内部的含水率分布比较均匀，在厚度方向没有明显的整体性含水率梯度，特别是在干燥的后期，木材内部的含水率分布更加均匀；当含水率在纤维饱和点以上时，木材中的自由水和水蒸气在压力梯度的作用下以渗透流的形式在木材内部迁移；当含水率在FSP以下时，木材中的水分在压力梯度的作用下以水蒸气的形式向木材表面迁移；因热扩散、含水率梯度引起的水分迁移可以忽略不计。

The results indicated that four SOD bands were identified in five tissues, and the band with the biggest mobility ratio were found weakly in gill, digestive gland and adductor muscle but not in foot and mantle. Two ATPase bands were found in four tissues except digestive gland. One MDH band was found in five tissues, but the MDH gene expressed strongly in foot and adductor muscle. Two ME bands were examined in foot, adductor muscle and mantle, but the band with smaller mobility ratio was found in gill and digestive gland.

结果表明，SOD在紫贻贝的5种组织中均有表达，共有4条酶带，但迁移率最大的酶带在足和外套膜中未出现，而在另外3种组织中呈弱表达；ATPase在除消化腺外的组织中都表现为2条带；MDH在5种组织中都表达出1条酶带，其中足和闭壳肌的MDH染色最深；ME存在1~2条酶带，其中迁移率大的条带在5种组织中都有表达，而迁移率小的条带只存在于外套膜、闭壳肌和足中。

By way of introducing expression of salt solution concentration and Hendeson equation that describes equivalent moisture curve of hygroscopic material, the heat and mass transfer model is simplified and provides a theory proof that the transportation direction of water and vapor in the pore material is opposite but effects of two items can be integrated as an expression, Compared to traditional vapor permeating, the calculated results from the presented model in this paper that salt is not taken into considered is accurate.
