The typical manifestations of PHC were nodular,irregular and heterogenous enhanced regions in lesion,tumorous vessels could be seen in the arterial phase,the hyperdense regions in the arterial phases were changed to hpodense quickly in the portal phase;The characteristic findings of HCH were well-defined intense mural nodular enhancement in the arterial phase,and centripetally oriented enlargement of this nodular in the portal phase,the density of the nodular in the arterial phase were similar to that of aorta or hepatic arteries.

原发肝癌的典型表现是动脉期病灶内结节状、片状强化，并可见肿瘤血管影，强化部分在静脉期迅速呈低密度影；肝血管瘤的特征性表现为动脉期病灶边缘结节状强化，密度类似于主动脉或肝动脉，静脉期强化结节逐渐向病灶中央扩展；肝转移癌的主要表现为动、静脉期病灶边缘环状强化，中央部分无明显强化，静脉期还可见到"牛眼征"。

Local recurrences mainly occurred in the nasopharyngeal cavity and the skull base bone. Dosimetric analysis showed 9 cases of in-field failure, 4 cases of marginal failure, and 2 cases of out-field failure. For the 6 cases of marginal and out-field failure, the main reasons of recurrence were low dose area in target volume due to not strictly following the guidelines of defining field limit, or inappropriately estimating the involved regions of lesions.

局部复发的主要部位为鼻咽腔、颅底骨质；局部复发灶和照射野模拟剂量学分析发现野内复发9例，边缘复发4例，野外复发2例。6例边缘和野外复发的患者，经过进一步分析发现复发与未严格遵循常规设野原则或对病灶范围判断失误造成不适当的照射野边界导致靶区出现低剂量区有关。

On the plain scan of CT, the appearances of the aneurysmal bone cyst were the various expansile changes. In destruction of bone, the capsular districts and septation can be seen. On MR T1WI and T2WI, we can see the low signal ring of the diseased region borderline, the diseased region bulk was full of fluid which has miscellaneous signals, it can be seen the low or slightly high signal. In the diseased region, the septation which have low signals both on the T1WI and T2WI can be seen.

在CT上动脉瘤样骨囊肿表现为溶骨性骨质破坏，常有不同程度膨胀性改变，骨质破坏区内可见囊状低密度区及骨性分隔，MRI表现为T1WI及T2WI上可见病灶边缘有低信号环，病灶内主体部分充满囊状液体，信号混杂，在T1WI低或中高信号，在T2WI上呈不均匀高信号，病灶内可见T1WI及T2WI上均呈低信号的分隔。

Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。

Results:(1) All of HCC were irregular hyperdense in arterial phase companioned with mass and hyperdense tumor vessels.

结果 ：( 1)肝动脉期肿瘤实质出现密度高于肝实质的肿瘤血管和瘤区强化，门静脉期其密度迅速降低，至平衡期为低密度；( 2 )肿瘤边缘于肝动脉期和门静脉期均可见环行强化；( 3)转移性子灶仅在肝动脉期明显强化，门脉期全瘤密度迅速降至等密度；( 4)门静脉受累表现为肝内分支的边缘侵蚀、破坏、中断，或为不规则的充盈缺损。

CT检查显示软组织肿胀0度2例，I度19例，11度16例，111度17例。6例软组织内出现脓肿样囊腔。1例显示软组织内气体。1例显示脂液平面。1例显示窦道。5例显示软组织肿块。8例示软组织内难以定性的钙质样高密度影。54例CT检查均未见软组织肿块边缘残留骨壳或壳样钙化和软组织肿块内肿瘤骨或瘤软骨钙化。

Additionally, the growth of the pathogen was obviously affected by cultural media. The morphological characters such as colony color and diameter, and production of fruit body of the fungus growing on PDA, 10% V8, apple leaves dextrose agar and apple leaves extraction dextrose agar media were different. The fungus formed colonies of about 8mm in diameter and did not produce fruit bodies and aerial hyphae in 1 month incubation on PDA. However it formed the similar size colonies as on PDA and produced fruit bodies and aerial hyphae on 10% V8 and LDA media in the same incubation period. Very small colonies (2mm in diameter) and fruit bodies were found on LEDA media in the same incubation condition. These results indicated that successful isolation of M. coronaria from apple leaves depended on suitable isolation method and cultural media as well as fresh samples.

不同培养基上菌落形态、大小和产孢情况差异也很大，培养1个月（25℃）后PDA上菌落黑褐色隆起，表面蚯蚓粪状，无气生菌丝，无子实体和基内菌丝；10% V8培养基上菌落中央隆起，黑褐色，表面生少量气生菌丝，边缘放射状，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落平坦，黄褐色，表面生茂密的金黄色气生菌丝，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片煎汁葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落有明显的不规则隆起，黄褐色至黑褐色，表面生少许气生菌丝，菌落生长缓慢，无基内菌丝，分生孢子盘菌落表面生，菌落直径仅2mm左右，而在其他培养基上的菌落直径可达6－8mm，说明培养基质、分离方法均对苹果盘二孢的分离培养和生长发育有明显的影响。
