辛烷值

A process for preparing clean gasoline features that under existance of epoxidizing catalyst and alkoxylating catalyst, the olefine in gasoline and the oxygen and alcohol take part in epoxidizing and alkoxylating reactions to generate diolmonoether or dioldiether compounds which has higher octane number, so being excellent gasoline component.

本发明公开了一种清洁汽油的生产方法，在一个具有环氧化的催化剂以及同时具有烷氧化催化组分或者催化剂的存在下，汽油中的烯烃与氧、醇、发生环氧化、烷氧基化反应而生成二醇单醚或二醇双醚类化合物，这类化合物具有较高的辛烷值，是优良的汽油组分。

Straight-run naphthas of Yumen, Kramayi, Central Szechuan (60-130℃), and Fushuan hydrogenated shale oil (60-120℃) were platformed separately for aromatics in an isothermal reactorcontaining 80 ml.

在80毫升催化剂容量的恒温反应装置中进行了我国四种主要原油轻馏份（玉门、克拉玛依、川中直馏汽油60—130℃馏份及抚顺页岩焦油加氢油60—120℃馏份）铂重整制取芳香烃及玉门和克拉玛依直馏汽油80—180℃馏份提高辛烷值的试验。

The said process can regenerate catalyst continuously or intermittently to maintain the catalytic activity of the alkylating catalyst for long period and has lowest loss of produce in amount and octane number while eliminating the thiofuran sulfur impurity in material.

采用该方法可对催化剂连续或间歇再生，克服烷基化催化剂一般寿命短的缺陷，并且可以长时间维持烷基化催化剂的活性；在脱除原料中噻吩类杂质硫的同时使得产品量损失最小及产品辛烷值损失最少。

This paper develops some kinds o f light oil-based fuel with different kinds of additives,such as methanol,MTBE, and the mixture of carbolic oil and trimethylbenzene,added into light oil as oct ane number improver.

The results showed that the β zeolite had better activities of isomerization and aromatization,and the cracking and aromatizing activities increased with the reaction temperature increasing,but the yield of isomerized olefin s decreased.

结果表明，β沸石具有较好的异构化和芳构化能力，并随反应温度的升高，其裂解和芳构化能力逐渐增强，异构烃产率逐渐降低；工业低硅ZSM-5型分子筛的裂化活性较强；催化裂化汽油经改质后其烯烃含量均有所降低，且辛烷值基本不变。

This paper analyzed main factors affecting hydrogenated gasoline quality and put forward countermeasures of reducing the losing of octane value and decreasing macro thiol during hydrogenating.

And it can be used as the paint dope, clean solvent. As gasoline additive, DMC can raise hard octane value and oxygen content and improve its antiknock possibility.

由于DMC无毒，可替代剧毒的光气、硫酸二甲酯等作为甲基化剂或羰基化剂使用，提高生产操作的安全性，降低环境污染；作为溶剂，DMC可替代氟里昂、三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、苯、二甲苯等用于油漆涂料、清洁溶剂等；作为汽油添加剂，DMC可提高其辛烷值和含氧量，进而提高其抗爆性。

Both of them can raise the octane level and improve combustion process, meanwhile, as fuel oxygenates, they can reduce tailpipe emissions of carbon monoxide and other pollutants.
