Abstract］ Objective: To investigate the clinical value and technique of multidetector CT in the ureterovesical dsiseases.

摘 要］目的：探讨多排CT(multidetector CT， MDCT)在输尿管疾病中的成像技术及临床应用价值。

Methods: The available multidetector CT primitive and three dimensional images in 50 patients for ureterovesical dsiseases were evaluated retrospectively.

回顾性地对50例输尿管疾病的多排CT原始图像及三维重建(Three Dimensional，3D)图像资料进行分析。

Conventional transvaginal, transrectal, and transperineal sonography has improved the detection of stones at the ureterovesical junction.

Purpose:To explore the usefulness of ureteroscopy in the treatment of urethrostenosis or urethratresia.

目的：探索输尿管镜在尿道狭窄或闭锁的尿道内切开术治疗中的作用。

Urinary extravasation occurred in 2 cases.Conclusions:Ureteroscopy can increase the cure rate in the treatment of urethrostenosis or urethratresia, especially for children cases.

Methods: Ureteroscopy was used in the treatment of 25 cases of patients with urethrostenosis or urethatresia to find out the right leading direction under direct vision. The stenosis site was cut open by dilating with the ureteroscopy body combine with resection.

采用输尿管镜直视下寻找正确引导方向，利用其镜体的扩张结合其他内窥镜切割术切开狭窄或闭锁段，术后留置导尿管和适当尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁25例。
