26例诊断为肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（ureteropelvic junction obstruction，UPJO）患者经腹腔途径行腹腔镜肾盂成形术。

No major complications such as perforation, fever, pyonephrosis were encountered.

术中及术后无输尿管穿孔、撕裂及高热、脓肾等并发症。

Cases were treated with only one percutaneous access tract in a single session and 3 cases were only placed stoma tube and underwent a second?look procedure because of pyonephrosis.

回顾性分析我院2007年1月～12月采用侧卧位微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石25例的临床资料，均为单侧结石，合并肾结石6例，KUB测得结石最大经1.0～2.7 cm。

During the peroid of applying the tube, the urocystic stimulus syndrome and indisposition on renal region appeared in 21 cases, three cases were urinary system infection, there was no urinary fistula, obstruction of ureter and stoma stenostomia in all patients.

置管期间，出现膀胱刺激征及肾区不适21例，泌尿系感染3例。无尿漏及输尿管梗阻及吻合口狭窄发生。
