The submucosal uretero-vesical stones may be treated by transurethral cystoscope, and this is one simple, economical and effective method.

输尿管壁内部结石诊断明确后，可以经尿道膀胱镜进行处理，此乃一种简便、经济、有效的方法。

Objective To summerize the case of difficult access of retrograde ureteral catheter with cystoscope.

Methods Clinical data of 51 patients with PRF were retrospectively analyzed.
