Fresh intact human amnion can be used in repairing serious ureteric defect, which is an ideal engineering material for tissue reconstruction.

新鲜完整人羊膜作为支架可以用于输尿管缺损的重建，是理想的天然组织工程材料。

BACKGROUND: The selection and development of materials for reconstructing ureteric defect is a hotspot in tissue engineering research, while, human amnion may be a potential ideal natural material.

背景：输尿管等尿路重建材料的选择和开发是目前组织工程学研究的热点，人羊膜是一潜在的理想天然材料。

输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗双输尿畸形并结石9例。

METHODS: Fresh human amnions were clipped to pieces which were sutured in a shape like muff by utilizing epidural tubes as a stent. When 4 cm section of ureter in length was excised to replace the defected ureter. 36 rabbit models were divided medially into the 1-month therapy and 3-month therapy groups. At the end of study, all amnion-ureter were sliced and examined with pathologic method or immunohistochemistry to check expressions of α-actin in smooth muscle cells and CKAE1/AE3 in transitional epithelial cells.

新鲜人羊膜裁剪成片状，以硬膜外导管为支架，做成袖套状，替代4 cm的大白兔输尿管缺损。36只成模大白兔均分为1个月治疗组和3个月治疗组，实验结束时，取羊膜输尿管行病理学检查和免疫组织化学检查平滑肌细胞α-Actin和移行上皮细胞CKAE1/AE3的表达情况。

The excretory MRU show that:(1)The ureter invasioned by colon carcinoma showed : 7 ureters gradually irregular constriction, 3 showed abruptly narrow or interrupt; 8 ureters were encysted partly by neoplasm and 2 were completely, 2 ureters showed inter-cavity filling defect.(2)pelvis and bladder invasioned by tumor showed local vessel wall thickening, the interspace with the tumor was disappearance, or inter-cavity filling defect.

排泄性MRU表现：(1)侵犯输尿管表现为管腔不规则逐渐变狭窄7例，突然狭窄、截断3例，肿瘤部分包绕输尿管8例，完全包绕2例，腔内充盈缺损2例；(2)侵犯肾盂、膀胱均表现为局部管壁增厚，与肿瘤间隙消失，腔内充盈缺损。
