结果：首次选择甲氨蝶呤药物保守治疗和腹腔镜输卵管开窗取胚术可以使病损的输卵管保持一定的通畅度，但是不能使病损输卵管的生理功能获得满意恢复，易导致同侧输卵管再次妊娠。

Results 10 cases of PEP occurred after laparoscopic surgery,and 5 happened at laparotomy. 3 cases after salpingectomy,and 12 after after conservative operation of tubal pregnancy.

结果 持续性异位妊娠发生于腹腔镜手术后有10人，发生于开腹手术5人，持续性异位妊娠发生于输卵管切除术后3人，发生于保留输卵管后的有12人。

Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.Compared with the salpingectomy,the proximal tubal ligation with distal tubal salingostomy may be a better option in this situation and it may cause less interference to the ovarian function.

输卵管积水对IVF-ET有不良影响，增加了流产率及异位妊娠率，在IVF-ET前对输卵管积水进行适当的处理有助于提高临床妊娠率，降低流产率；与输卵管切除术相比，输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术对卵巢功能影响较小，不增加流产率及异位妊娠率。

objective:to explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.methods:the clinical data of 139 cases of female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively.results:among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.the pregnancy rates were 47.27%,41.18%,55.56% and 46.15% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.pelvic adhesion salpingitis and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.conclusions:laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of infertility more earlier and more directly and provide timely therapy.so it has excellent clinical effect.

目的：探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2004年12月至2007年12月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症139例患者的临床资料。结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。盆腔粘连、输卵管炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不孕的主要盆腔病因。结论：应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确的明确不孕症输卵管及盆、腹腔病因并可同时予以针对性治疗，在直视下通液，动态观察输卵管通畅度和形态，大大降低了常规通液术的假阳性、假阴性率。

Methods: The clinical data of 41 patints with rare ectopic pregnancy including interstitial pregnancy.23 cornual uterogestation,9 ovarian pregnancy,4 abdominal,2 pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed,deformity uterogestation,1 intramural pregnancy,1 and nub of fallopian tube pregnancy,were retrospectively analyzed.

回顾 分析 2003年7月至2005年10月经腹腔镜手术治疗的特殊部位异位妊娠41例的临床资料，包括输卵管间质部妊娠23例，宫角妊娠9例，卵巢妊娠4例，腹腔妊娠2例，残角子宫妊娠1例，子宫肌壁间妊娠1例，输卵管残端妊娠1例。

Results:Oviduct deoppilation rate of 40 patients with hight mark,36 patients with middle mark and 20 patients with low mark after laparoscopic surgery was 92.5%,87.5% and 77.5% respectively.Pregnancy rate of three group was 72.5%,30.6% and 0.Ectopic pregnancy rate of three group was 2.5%,8.3% and 10%.

结果：96例患者中高评分组40例，中评分组36例，低评分组20例，术后输卵管通畅率分别为92.5%、87.5%和77.5%，一年内宫内妊娠40例，三组妊娠率分别为72.5%、30.6%和0，异位妊娠6例，三组异位妊娠率分别为2.5%、8.3%和10%。

The lower pregnancy rate was found in Group C,the highest abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were found in Group C was 21.15% and 7.69% repectively,and was statistially different from that in control group (P.05).Conclusion Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.

输卵管积水对IVF-ET有不良影响，增加了流产率及异位妊娠率，在IVF-ET前对输卵管积水进行适当的处理有助于提高临床妊娠率，降低流产率；与输卵管切除术相比，输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术对卵巢功能影响较小，不增加流产率及异位妊娠率。

THE CORRELATION OF ANTITROPHOBLAST ANTIBODY, EMAB AND HCG-AB WITH IVF-ET PREGNANCY OUTCOMEYANG ZONG-ZHI, SONG DONG-PO, ZOU SHU-HUA, et al（Medical and Health Care Center For Women and Childen of Qingdao, Qingdao 266011, China）［ABSTRACT］ObjectiveTo assess the effect of antitrophoblast antibody, EmAb and HCG-Ab on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer outcome.MethodsThis study included 140 infertility women of unexplained reasons, salpingemphraxis and/or male factor undergoing IVF-ET, of whom, 31 with repeated failure of implantation; 26 with biochemical loss of pregnancy; 18 with clinical pregnancy loss. Sixty-five with clinical pregnancy served as control group.

目的 探讨抗滋养细胞膜抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗HCG抗体对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响方法选择2002年1月～2007年7月在本生殖医学中心由于不明原因性不育、女方输卵管因素和男方轻度少弱精子症因素不育而接受IVF-ET治疗的妇女140例，其中次植失败31例，生化妊娠丢失26例及临床妊娠丢失18例，持续妊娠65例。
