第四部分血管内皮生长因子在输卵管妊娠母胎界面的表达方法：收集输卵管妊娠的种植部位、非种植部位标本各30例，以及分泌中期正常壶腹部输卵管标本17例。

Methods: A retrospective study was performed including 397 women treated with IVF-ET with unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or salpingoplasty for ectopic pregnancy or salpingemphraxis and patients with tubal infertility with existing salpinx. A total of 116 women with history of unilateral (n=70, group A) or bilateral (n=46, group B) received salpingectomy; 60 women with history of unilateral (n=27, group C) or bilateral (n=33, group D) receivedv salpingoplasty. While the remaining women, who were accomplished in the same duration, with fallopian tube obstruction but without hydrosalpinges were acted as control group (n=221, group E). The basic clinical information and ovarian response to gonadotropins were evaluated in these groups.

回顾性分析长方案超排卵IVF周期临床资料，选择397例因输卵管因素不孕患者，其中手术组176例，非手术组221例；手术组患者均因输卵管妊娠或输卵管阻塞、粘连或积水行单侧或双侧输卵管切除或输卵管修复整形手术，其中单侧输卵管切除组70例，双侧输卵管切除组46例，单侧输卵管整形组27例，双侧输卵管整形组33例；非手术组均未为双侧输卵管阻塞无积水患者，作为对照组。

Ninety-one cases of repeat ectopic pregnancy were demonstrated from 1380 cases of ectopic pregnancy.result: the repeat ectopic pregnancy was 6.59%(91/1380) after operation, eighty-four cases demonstrated as tubal pregnancy, six cases were tubal pregnancy three times, seven cases were cured by conservative medication,the recurrence of repeat ectopic pregnancy of twice was 86.81%(79/91). after salpingectomy of the patients who occurred the another tubal pregnancy was 90.41%.

结果：1380例异位妊娠发生重复异位妊娠91例（占6.59%），84例经手术探查证实为输卵管妊娠， 6例为输卵管妊娠3次，7例为药物保守治疗治愈，86.81%重复异位妊娠为连续两次异位妊娠。90.41%输卵管切除者的重复异位妊娠发生在对侧，而保守治疗者72.22%发生在原患侧，两者有显著性差异（p.001）。

Immunohistochemical study showed that ER and PR were mainly localized in karyon of epithelial and stroma cell, and also in smooth muscle cell in all specimen. Marked difference of intense staining was observed between implantation site and non-implantation site in the same patient, and the latter is stronger for both ER and PR . There are significant difference between implantation site and non-implantation site for ER expression or PR expression (t=- 3.895, p=0.001; t=- 3.574, p=0.001, respectively).

Objective: The present research was undertaken to explore the expression and distribution of PS integrin subunit, fibronectin, oestrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in normal human oviductal tissue during various phases of the menstrual cycle, and to study the morphological features of human oviductal epithelium during the menstrual cycle.

目的：探讨整合素β_3、纤维粘连蛋白(fibronectin，FN)和雌、孕激素受体(oestrogen receptor，ER、progesterone receptor，PR)在人正常输卵管粘膜内的表达、变化，结合人输卵管粘膜上皮在月经周期内的形态学改变，与输卵管妊娠的改变进行比较研究，以期增进输卵管生理和输卵管妊娠病因的认识。

结果：①异位妊娠包块血流信号丰富，血管连续性好，能较完整显示血管床、血管网及范围广的低流速血流信号；②脉冲多普勒取样为滋养层周围性血流频谱，其特征为：频谱增宽、单相或双相持续存在、阻力降低(RI＝0.44±0.04)、舒张期血流丰富的动脉频谱；③具有鲜明丰富的滋养层周围性彩色血流频谱特征的&输卵管环&是早期输卵管妊娠的特征性表现，并提示是输卵管完整存在的标志。

objective to evaluate the clinical value of early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy.methods the clinical data of 53 suspicious tubal pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,who had received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from january 2003 to december 2005.results all cases received laparoscopic operation,none was transferred to traditional surgery during the operation.46 cases were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy during the operation with pathologic proof.preoperative diagnosis rate was 86.8%.the salpingecstomy were performed in the 32 cases.the salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.conclusion the laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.but not too early.

目的 评价可疑异位妊娠患者腹腔镜早期诊治的临床价值。方法收集2003年1月～2005年12月收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗的可疑输卵管妊娠患者53例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 53例手术均经腹腔镜完成，无1例中转，术中诊断输卵管妊娠的46例，术前诊断率86.8%，32例行输卵管切除术，7例行保守性手术。结论腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。

Results 12 cases tubal pregnancy were confirmed as well as 1 case of intra-uterine pregnancy. X-ray showed a localized dilation of fallopian tube , half-loop, ring- like or irregular shaped filling defect. In one case, cluster of grapes appearance of contrast medium could be seen at the frimbriate end of fallopian tube. Of the 12 cases of tubal pregnancy, 10 were successfully treated, the successful rate was 83%.

结果 诊断输卵管妊娠12例，宫内妊娠1例。X线表现为输卵管腔局限性膨大，腔内见半环状、环状或不规则充盈缺损11例，1例输卵管腔显影正常，但在输卵管伞端见对比剂呈葡萄串状集聚。12例经输卵管内注射MTX治疗，10例获得成功。
