Abstract］ Objective To discuss the safety,effect and availability of treatment of abdominal emergency with laparoscopy.Methods The instruments were installed by three foramina methods after general anestheasia.Various operation applicable to the problem of case.For example salpingectomy,salpingotomy,partial ovariotomy,adnexectomy and pelvic abscess incision drainage.

摘要］ 目的探讨妇科急症腹腔镜手术的可行性、安全性及治疗效果方法在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械，根据不同疾病采取相应的手术方法，如：输卵管切除术，输卵管开窗术，卵巢部分切除术，侧附件切除术，脓肿切开引流术。

在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械，根据不同疾病采取相应的手术方法，如：输卵管切除术，输卵管开窗术，卵巢部分切除术，一侧附件切除术，脓肿切开引流术。

Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.Compared with the salpingectomy,the proximal tubal ligation with distal tubal salingostomy may be a better option in this situation and it may cause less interference to the ovarian function.

输卵管积水对IVF-ET有不良影响，增加了流产率及异位妊娠率，在IVF-ET前对输卵管积水进行适当的处理有助于提高临床妊娠率，降低流产率；与输卵管切除术相比，输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术对卵巢功能影响较小，不增加流产率及异位妊娠率。

Methods:According to the diseases,the instruments were installed by three foramina methods after general anesthesia.Various operations,for example,salpingectomy,salpingotomy,partial ovariectomy,adnexectomy and pelvic abscess incision drainage.

在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械，根据疾病不同采取相应的手术方法，如输卵管切除术、输卵管开窗术、卵巢部分切除术、一侧附件切除术、脓肿切开引流术。

A summary was given to 35 cases of gynecologic operation ( the success rate was 100%), including ovarian tumor removal under TV abdominoscope, adnexectomy, oviducal ectopic gestation, ostomy of fimbria end of fullopian tube (with tubal patent test by liquid instillation on two sides), lytic operation for pelvic adhesion, avarian endometriosis and sterilizing operation.

总结在电视腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剔除术、附件切除术、输卵管异位妊娠手术、输卵管伞端闭锁造口、盆腔粘连分开术和并盆腔、卵巢子宫内膜异位症和绝育手术共 3 5例资料，成功率为 10 0 %。

The lower pregnancy rate was found in Group C,the highest abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were found in Group C was 21.15% and 7.69% repectively,and was statistially different from that in control group (P.05).Conclusion Hydrosalpinx is detrimental to the outcome of IVF-ET and may cause the increase of abortion,appropriate procedure should be adopted to deal with the problem before the IVF-ET and may improve the outcome of IVF-ET and may decrease the abortion rate.

Of them,194 cases had been conducted sterility explorations,148 ectopic pregnancy operations,91 ovarian multiple cyst operations,49 myomectomy,47 enucleation of ovarian multiple cysts,29 laparoscopic cholecystectomies,24 teratoma resections,2 ruptuure of corpus luteum operations,2 appendectomies,repair in perforation of uterus,eyewinker extraction in abdominal cavity.Tubal ligation and communicating branch lidation of great saphenous vein.

在连续硬膜外加静脉麻醉下为602例行腹腔镜手术，其中不孕症宫腹腔镜探查术194例，宫外孕手术148例，多囊卵巢手术91例，子宫肌瘤切除术49例，卵巢囊肿切除术47例，胆囊切除术29例，畸胎瘤切除术24例，黄体破裂修补术12例，盆腔脓肿引流术2例，阑尾切除术2例，腹腔镜子宫穿孔修补，腹腔异物取出，输卵管结扎，大隐静脉支离断等各1例。
