Objective To study the radioprotective effects of autotransfusion in patients receiving radiotherapy with 60Coγ-rays.

目的 探讨自体血离体照射回输提高机体抗辐射能力及对机体正常组织的合理防护。

The method amending atmosphere influence is introduced, which places large area gray body beside the target. After academic analysis and experiment research, it is found that the "black body demarcation curve" and "reference curve" intersect at the atmosphere temperature point, and the slope amending coefficient and offset amending coefficient could be calculated based this two curve. After corresponding amending on target gray, the infrared radiation characteristics could be calculated by rule and line.

介绍了通过放置在目标附近的大面源灰体修正环境影响的方法，经过理论分析及实验验证，发现"黑体标定曲线"和"参考曲线"相交于环境温度点，并且根据这两个曲线可计算出环境影响的斜率修正系数和偏置修正系数，对目标的灰度值进行相应的修正就可以准确地计算出目标的温度等红外辐射特性。

Result The K7-2 colonies were white with smooth surface, dry and compact, presented a flocculent state and trim edge, and grew in radiated shape in medium, the earthy odor could be smelled when the culture dish was opened. K7-2 thalli was in thread shape; with gram-positive, and the conidium hyphae and conidia could be seen in plate insert culture.

结果］K7-2菌落为白色，表面光滑、干燥致密，呈绒布状，边缘整齐，在培养基中呈辐射状生长，揭开培养皿可闻到土腥味。K7-2菌体为丝状，革兰氏染色阳性，插片培养可见分生孢子丝和分生孢子。

And then the temperature field and configure deformation of the primary and second mirror on the function of temperature gradient of axial, radial and circle direction. The characteristics of the dichroscope with body absorbing and face radiation are stated and the transient temperature field is analysized. The temperature field and configure deformation in different time is known and the influence on visible and middle infrared light is analysized. The advice to thermal control is put forward and the influence of self-radiation of the dichroscope to the detector is analysized.

接下来分析了主次镜在轴向、径向、周向温度梯度作用下的温度场分布及面型变形，阐述了分色镜的体吸收、面发射的特性并建立了分色镜的模型，对分色镜进行了瞬态温度分析，得到了不同时间内分色镜的温度场分布及面型变形，确定了其对可见光和中波红外光的影响，提出了温控的建议并分析了分色镜的自辐射对探测器的影响。

In the present experiment, the tender stems of Dracaena cambodiana were used as explants to establish a two-step tissue culture and regeneration system. The effects of types and concentrations of plant hormones on the induction of callus were studied. Based on these, the reactions of callus regeneration to different mutation-induced approaches (60Co irradiation, EMS and colchicines), the regeneration ability of the treated callus as well as the characters diversities (including the appearance traits and cytological observations) of the regeneration plants were investigated.

本试验以龙血树幼嫩茎段为材料，通过对龙血树幼嫩茎段两步培养法再生的研究，建立了龙血树幼嫩茎段离体再生体系，证明了愈伤组织的发生和激素种类与浓度的关系；并在此基础上研究了愈伤组织再生对不同人工诱变方法（60Co辐射、EMS、秋水仙素）的反应、被处理愈伤组织再生能力和再生植株性状多样性、以及再生植株不同生理角度的变异性，得到了2株变异株系。
