This article describes the self-developed CAID platform《Instruction Design Lab 1.0》from the aspects of basic orientation, designing ideas and detail functions.

本文着重介绍了自行研究开发的计算机辅助教学设计平台--《教学设计实验室1.0》，主要内容包括该产品在计算机辅助教学设计领域中的层次定位，产品构思与开发过程中贯彻始终的设计思想以及具体产品的形式与功能，特别是一些特色功能。

The uncovered tracts and the liver wound surface were managed by some of the methods combined such as high frequency electrocoagulation, titanium clamp, suture, hemostatic gauze oppression, argon-beam coagulation, protein glue adherence, and Endo-GIA switcher. The total operative outcome, operating time, blood loss, postoperative complications and postoperative hospital stay were summarized in order to assess feasibility and safety of the clinical laparoscopic liver resection.Results: 1. Laparoscopic liver resection with clamp dissection method needs only the ordinary laparoscopic equipment. It has a low cost but causes a little more bleeding. 2. Laparoscopic liver resection operated by microwave tissue coagulation method had very little bleeding when dissecting hepatic parenchyma. The operative field is clear and the cost is low. It is a safe, convenient and effective method. 3. Ultrasound dissector is a relatively ideal appliance for laparoscopic liver resection at present because ofless bleeding during operation. But the speed is slow thus prolongs the operation time. Its separating intensity is not strong enough, and it can only be applied to patients without hepatic cirrhosis. 4. Ligsure has clamp dissection and electrocoagulation functions. It can carbonize hepatic tissue including the tracts whose diameters are less than 7mm. It has some advantage in dissecting. However, it has the shortcomings of the clamp dissector during coagulating. 5. Hand-assisted laparoscopic liver resection can make use of the flexibility and feeling of the operators left hand.

结果：1、钳夹分离切肝法不需特殊仪器设备，只要具备常规的腹腔镜器械即可实施，成本低，肝断面较易渗血；2、微波固化切肝法肝实质出血很少，视野清晰，成本低，操作简单，是一种安全、简便、有效的方法；3、超声刀是目前较为理想的切肝器械，术中出血少，但是，切割速度慢，手术时间长，而且，切割强度有限，适用于无肝硬化的肝切除；4、Ligsure具有挤压粉碎及高频电凝止血两大功能，可使包括7~以下管道的肝组织碳化、形成焦痴，具有一定的优势，但是，也存在分离钳电凝止血的缺点；5、手辅助腹腔镜肝切除可以利用术者左手的灵活性及手感，便于术中显露、分离、控制出血等，可随意协助右手及助手的主要操作，缩短了手术时间，大大提高了腹腔镜肝切除的安全性，李朝龙等的改良方法，同样达到了手辅助目的，又节省了费用；6、小切口腹腔镜辅助切肝法可以使用剖腹肝切除常规器械及剖腹肝切除技术，操作简单、可靠，适用于肝左外叶切除及右肝第V段切除；7、Endo一GIA切肝法在离断肝组织的同时闭合管道结构，多用于肝左静脉、门静脉分支、管径较大胆管的切割，缺点是不能用于较厚肝组织的切割，而且价格昂贵；8、临床巧例腹腔镜肝切除均获得成功，手术时间最短1.5h，最长sh，平均125 min，多数在100 min左右，手术出血量最少50 ml，最多500 ml，平均1 78 ml，除2例合并严重肝硬化的原发性肝癌患者术后出现少量腹水，1例术后发生胆漏外，其余无并发症，发生胆漏的1例患者术后住院40d，多数在术后一周左右出院，术后住院时间5一40d，平均gd。

CJX2-d动作机构为直动式、触头为双断点；组合功能、除安装面外，其余各面均能加装附件；两侧可加装辅助触头组（F4-d）或联锁机构；上方可加装辅助触头组（F4-d）或（F4-d2）或空气延时头（SK2-2/3d）；线圈接线端可加装时间延时器等各种功能模块

System is divided into five subsystems : party management subsystems : major achievement for the party members and activists dynamic change process; Party official system : achieving document handling, information dissemination, e-mail management functions; Public information system : the achievement of notice information processing, integration, and other functions, the party's theoretical study and explore information processing; party analysis systems integrated operations management system for statistical computing, statements editing, modification, and export management functions; party management subsystems : the main party organizations to achieve integrated data management, and the party's domestic and foreign party overall control and management decision-making aids.

系统分为五个子系统：党员管理分系统：主要实现预备党员、积极分子动态变动过程；党务公文系统：实现文件的收发、信息发布、电子邮件管理功能；公用信息系统：实现对公告信息处理、整合等功能，党组织对党的理论研究和探讨的信息处理；党务管理分析系统综合业务系统实现统计计算、报表的编辑、修改及输出等功能管理；党务管理分系统：主要是实现党组织的综合数据管理，以及党的对内对外的党务全程控制和辅助决策管理。

Using the uniform information channels and the technology of SOAP and COM/DCOM/COM+, information integration among tool management system, ERP/MRPII, CAM and CAPP system is come true. Finally, the distributed tool management system is developed in using mutil-tired Client/Server model as the frame of software. It has the functions of tool general management, searching milling cutting data for CAM by providing the milling cutting data e-book and computer aided tool selection for CAPP by using expert system. The tool management system offers the tool-coding function, too. The study of tool management system in DNC improves the level of tool management and the flexible of arranging production, haleness and the automatic extent of DNC systems.

依托DNC系统统一的、强大的通信平台和采用SOAP、COM／DCOM／COM~+信息集成技术，实现了刀具管理系统和上层管理系统ERP／MRPⅡ、CAD／CAM／CAPP系统、下层数控加工设备之间的信息集成，并采用三层Client／Server软件体系架构开发了相应的分布式刀具管理系统，实现了刀具的日常管理和调度功能，并建立了一套适合DNC系统使用的刀具编码原则和刀具辅助编码系统，应用铣削用量电子手册为CAM提供铣削用量查询功能和运用知识库系统为CAPP提供简易的粗铣加工使用的铣刀类型和刀具材料辅助选取功能，提高了DNC中刀具及相关信息的管理水平和刀具信息集成程度，达到实现DNC系统中刀具信息共享，提高DNC系统的生产组织柔性、健壮性及其自动化程度的目的。

Above all, during the research of the automatic of hydrotechnics designs, the author has successfully developed the CAD software AutoSD for hydraulic runnel design, and realized the function of immediate interpose among program and relief maps and the overall process computer aided function during the hydraulic tunnel design.

总之，本文通过对水工设计自动化的研究，成功开发出水工隧洞辅助设计软件AutoSD，并首次实现在软件运行时与地形图的即时交互和反馈功能，实现了水工隧洞设计全过程的辅助设计功能。
