Before fissuration, osmotic adjustment occurred by the addition of solute to cells and decreasing the loss of water in the body, so that it could maintain normal turgor pressure during drought. After fissurate growth, turgor pressure was maintained by higher cell and tissue elasticity lower ε(superscript max and by osmotic adjustment for normal plant development in dry conditions and to avoid dehydration under water stress during the drought period, but it also became more sensitive to water stress. The ability to maintain turgor pressure varied from strong to weak during the period before, during and after fissuration. Fissurate growth decreased the ability of P. mongolica to maintain turgor pressure and led to changes in walls related to drought tolerance.

The former had higher symmetry. We studied the substituenteffects by calculating their NMR spectra. The results show that: when we add asubstitute group on one ring of dibenzene chromium, the substitute group will affecttwo benzene rings. The effect is similar to the effect of branched alkanes, namely:the effect on neighbouring groups has transmissibility. Furthermore, the nearer theneighbouring group is, the stronger the effect is. This effect is observed not only onthe substituted ring, but also on the unsubstituted ring.

We have developed many kinds of optical methods to measure the insect flight. For example, a beating force measurement method reduces the uncertainty caused by air turbulence; a flow measurement using a frame straddling technique decreases the interval between exposures of the flow;extracting the weak distorted fringes on the dragonfly wing by a correlation algorithm; measuring the camber deformation of a dragonfly wing using projected comb fringe without hypothesizing that the wing is a rigid plate. By measuring the beating force, wing kinematics and flow, simutantously, we can analyze the relationship among many flight parameters.

The law of the sand-body and the characters of reservoir heterogeneity formed in the 4-th hierarchical base-level cycles are discussed. The study shows:①During early period of the 4-th hierarchical base-level cycle rising, subaqueous distributary channel formed, continuously stacked vertically, and migrated in limit range laterally, and channel sand-body stretches farther longitudinally, and lacks interbeds of mud rock and siltsand in sand rock, reservoir heterogeneity is relatively weak.②During mid-period of the 4-th hierarchical base-level cycle rising, subsaqueous distributary channel migrated actively, channel divided and converged strongly to form netted sand-body and sand sheet mainly, but interbeds of mud rock and siltsand increases gradually in sand-body, reservoir heterogeneity increased.③During later period of the 4-th hierarchical base-level rising and early period of the 4-th hierarchical base-level falling, reservoir sand-body was poor, and only form thin sand-body of subsaqueous distributary channel, subsaqeuous creveas and distal mouth bar, sand-bodys are surrounded by mud and silt rock.

Biotinylated probes were prepared from these plasmid DNAs. CEVd were examined from the positive and netative materials by Dot-blotting hybridization and imprint-hybridization. The result was exposed to x-ray film. Singles were detected for positive materials spots probed with probe, indicating that under the reaction conditions the probe hybridized with the target viroid specifically.
