Multiple wavelengths characteristics of dayside aurora activities were investigated with these keograms and in reference to all-sky images. It was found that there are three repeatedly appearing aurora activity regions along the dayside aurora oval. They are, Region A around 0900MLT in which aurora moves poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its form changingfrom arc to corona with time; Region B around 1330MLT in which aurora moves equatorward while its intensity increasing, and its form changing from corona to arc in time; Region C around 1330MLT in which aurora expands poleward while its intensity decreasing, and its forma evolving from arc to multiple arcs in time. There is a narrow belt of aurora activity in North-South direction between Regions A and B, which is dominated by weak and red corona aurora.

初步分析发现，沿日侧极光卵不论磁静日还是磁扰日，在三个波段上都同时观测到了四个重复出现的极光活动区，即0900MLT附近的A区、1330MLT的B区和1630MLT的C区以及1200MLT附近的G区。A区内的极光活动由低纬向高纬运动，强度逐渐变弱，形态由较宽的弧状极光向冕状极光演变；B区内的极光活动由高纬向低纬方向运动，形态呈现为冕状极光向较窄的极光弧的演变，极光强度逐渐增强；C区极光活动向高纬方向展宽，强度逐渐变弱，极光由单弧向多重弧演化；而在A与B之间存在一个纬度范围相对较窄的极光活动区G区，该区的极光呈现暗弱的冕状极光。

There was a little difference betweenphotosynthesis characteristic of the two varieties,response of Jiamusi to low temperature andpoor light was more sensitive than that of Longjiao No.2 and decreased pronouncedly withdecreasing light.6.EC and MDA of pepper leaves increased under low temperature and poor light,therewere no significant differences between them with decreasing light at 21-23℃/8-10℃,butthey were increased dramatically at 15-20℃/5-6℃.So we can speculate that lowertemperature was the direct reason resulted in cell membrane lipid peroxidation.7.No significant difference of SOD activity was observed under suboptimal temperatureand poor light21-23℃/8-10℃;150μmol·m~(-2·s~(-1),but SOD and POD activity substantiallydeclined with lowering temperature and light as well as treatment time.8.Under suboptimal temperature and lower light,proline accumulated to increaseosmotic regulation capacity and alleviate chilling damage.Soluble carbohydrate of pepper leaves decreased progressively and significantly with decreasing temperature and lightintensity as well as longer treatment time.So we think that synthesis and transport ofphotosynthetic product were inhibited by low temperature and poor light as solublecarbohydrate was important component of photosynthetic product.

两个供试辣椒品种之间的光合特性略有差异，佳木斯对低温弱光的反应比陇椒2号敏感，尤其随光照降低，其光合作用显著降低。6、低温弱光胁迫下，辣椒叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛含量都有不同程度的提高，在偏低温下，随着光照减弱，相对电导率和丙二醛含量差异不显著；在极端低温下，随着光照进一步减弱，相对电导率和丙二醛含量明显提高，随着处理时间延长，同一温度下，随着光照降低，叶片丙二醛含量也显著增加，由此可初步判断，低温是导致细胞膜脂过氧化的直接原因。7、经偏低温较弱光21～23℃／8～10℃、150μmol·m~(-2·s~(-1)处理后，辣椒叶片的超氧化物歧化酶活性变化与对照无显著差异，但随着温度、光强的逐步降低和处理时间的延长，SOD、POD活性显著降低。8、在偏低温较弱光下，辣椒能积累更多的脯氨酸，增强渗透调节，减轻低温冷害。

The results show that the tide of Shenzhen Bay is mainly irregular semidiurnal and the horizontal tidal current is reversing current, mainly in southwest-northeast direction.

计算结果表明：深圳湾海域属不正规半日潮，水平潮流具有明显的往复流性质，主要呈西南－东北走向；落潮流速略大于涨潮流速；受地形及陆地河流径流的影响，湾中到湾口及航道附近流速较大，湾顶和靠近香港的滩涂部分流速较小；深圳湾余流场较弱，余流流向指向湾外：整个深圳湾水交换较弱，海域自净能力较差。

The faintest color of the bud color is yellow green. In addition, the variation-coefficient of some morphological traits is very low such as the cotyledon length, the cotyledon width, the cotyledon color, the silique length and so on. The Cluster analysis was based on the morphological data. When the genetic distance was 7.61, 21 accessions were clustered into 4 groups. The accessions of the group 1 had white petal, mezzo flower stalk and the earlier pick period, which is divided into two subgroup when the genetic distance was 5. 98. And the model was Ba39 and Ba35. The accessions in the group 2 had the very slender flower stalk and the middle pick period, that model was Ba27. The accessions of the group 3 had yellow petal, the thin flower stalk and the later pick period, that model was Ba43. The main characters of the group 4 were that it had the latest pick period and many leaves.

基于形态性状的聚类分析，在遗传距离7.61处，把21份芥蓝种质划分为4类，其中类群G1包括14份材料，其植株的生长势中等，株型较为一致，花瓣颜色均为白色，花薹粗细较为适中，平口时期较早，在遗传距离5.98处自然形成2个亚类，分别以Ba39和Ba35为代表；类群G2包括2份材料，即Ba27、Ba33，其植株的生长势较弱，花薹很细，平口时期相对居中，代表材料为Ba27；类群G3包括4份材料，即Ba05、Ba09、Ba38、Ba43，其植株的生长势较弱，子叶颜色、叶柄颜色、花茎颜色、花蕾颜色均为黄绿色，花瓣颜色为黄色，花薹较细，平口时期较晚，代表材料为Ba43；类群G4包括1份材料，即Ba41，其植株的生长势较强，平口时期很晚，并且叶片数很多。

The dormancy in FI population was secund to the heavy dormant parents in"heavy dormancy X heavy dormancy " combinations, while, it was secund to the weak dormant parents in "medium dormancy X heavy dormancy " combinations, in "weak dormancy X heavy dormancy " combinations, some were secund to the heavy dormant parents and some were secund to the weak dormant parents.

And ZNF397nf function as transcription repressors. The different transcriptional regulation activity of the nf isoforms and their interaction with the fu isoforms would contribute to the complexity of the transcription regulation. To further examine the biological function of interaction between different isoforms we also analyze the potential role of ZNF191 and ZNF434 on signaling pathway. We found that ZNF191fu can significantly enhance the HSE-luciferase activity, while ZNF434fu can enhance the AP1-luciferase activity, then we analyze whether the nf isoforms have impact on the fu isoforms.

The isolated cells are able to orient and migrate to the magnet in artificial magnetic field but could not orient swimming only under the geomagnetic field. Magnetosomes produced by Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans were range from 40nm to 90 nm according to the results of TEM. Energy dispersive X-ray analysis indicated that extracted magnetic particles consisted of oxygen and iron. The results show that some Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans cells have weak magnetotaxis and they could be able to be separated by solid-plate magnetophoresis method from others. With the development of this new isolation method, it is possible that we could do deeper research to generate a comprehensive description of the mechanism that how Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans synthesize the magnetic particles.

实验结果表明，氧化亚铁硫杆菌具有较弱的趋磁性，在人工磁场下会进行趋磁运动，但仅在地磁场作用下不能定向运动，利用固体平板磁泳筛选纯化含有磁性颗粒的氧化亚铁硫杆菌的方法是切实可行的，磁泳分离技术的进一步完善和改进为传统的微生物菌种分离提供了新的途径，为研究纯氧化亚铁硫杆菌菌株胞内磁性颗粒的形成条件及机理提供了前提条件，也为今后从浸矿细菌中分离筛选更多的含有磁性颗粒的菌株打下基础。
