结果表明，腔体静止时，射流速度沿腔体中心轴对称分布，腔体中心轴上的速度最大，两侧流速逐渐减小，近壁处为零；腔体转动时，在哥氏力的作用下，射流中心发生偏转，流场相对于腔体中心轴不再对称分布，腔体中各点处的流速分布随角速度而变化，压电射流角速度传感器利用这一特性敏感角速度。

Physical model of three-dimensional half axis rotor of 110 MW air inner-cooled turbo-generator was established, which included the rotor end, axial ventilation ducts and sub slot ventilation ducts. The rotating turbulence flow field was simulated numerically based on the finite volume method. The air velocity and flow rate distribution characteristics of the rotor end, axial ventilation ducts and sub slot ventilation ducts were analyzed.

建立110 MW空内冷汽轮发电机转子冷却通风道一个槽(包括端部、轴径向及副槽)的半轴向段三维物理模型，并基于有限体积法对该物理模型进行旋转湍流流场数值模拟，分析了端部、轴向段和副槽通风段的空气速度、流量分布特点。

The experiments indicate that the dynamic behavior of the cylinder under the axial fluid-solid impact loading differs from the dynamic buckling when they are axially impacted by impulsive loads and step loads of infinite duration. The structures exhibit three different critical conditions: plastic incipience, dynamic buckling and plastic failure.

The shaker includes a dual mass flywheel and the rotate and pendulum driven mechanism; in the rotate and pendulum driven mechanism, the rotary cylinder body of the rotatable hydraulic rotary cylinder (8) is connected with the sub flywheel (15) connecting with the main flywheel (13) and a rotary cylinder shaft (4) at the same side through a transmission sleeve (11) connecting to the rotary cylinder right end cover (9); a torsional transducer (10) and a turbulence iron core of an angular sensor (12) are arranged on the sub flywheel shaft, a winding of the angular sensor is positioned on the transmission sleeve fixedly connected with the main flywheel.

The optimization of meridional shape is one of the key components that influence the performance of this kind of pumps, and the efficiency on design point can be increased as well as that positive slope of a head-flow performance curve will be improved by modifying the meridional shape reasonably.

Moreover, the hot compressive deformation behavior of the RS/PM AZ91 magnesium alloy and AZ91 alloy matrix composite were also investigated, the conclusions are drawn as follows:1. The processing parameters of the atomization-twin rolls quenching technology were optimized as follows: the diameter of the nozzle 1mm, the wheel velocity 25m/s, the pressure of atomization gas 0.3MPa and Ar gas for melt injection 0.1MPa. The RS AZ91 alloy flakes exhibited fine and uniform microstructures. When the flakes were extruded at 673K, extruded velocity of 0.1mm/min and extrusion ratio of 25:1,the magnesium alloy rods with clean surface, uniform dimension and excellent mechanical properties were obtained.2. The RS AZ91 magnesium alloy powders prepared by atomization-twin rolls quenched technology exhibited fine equiaxed grains with the grain size of 1-3μm, the phase constituent included supersaturate solid solution phaseα-Mg and miner fineβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase. The as-extruded materials also exhibited equiaxed grains with the size of 5-7μm and a large number of fineβ-Al_(12)Mg_(17) and fewer AlMg_2Zn phases were detected in the alloy.

本文还研究了快速凝固/粉末冶金AZ91镁合金热压缩变形流变应力行为，快速凝固/粉末冶金法原位生成Mg_2Si增强AZ91镁基复合材料，经过系统的研究，获得如下结论：1、雾化-双辊急冷法在下列工艺参数组合下：双辊线速度25m/s；喷嘴直径1mm；熔体压射压力0.1MPa；雾化气体压力0.3MPa。，可获得宏观尺寸细小、微观组织均匀细小、综合性能优良的的快速凝固AZ91镁合金细碎箔带，快速凝固箔带在挤压温度为673K、挤压速度为0.1mm/min，挤压比为25：1时，可获得的外表光洁、尺寸均匀、组织性能优异的镁合金棒材。2、雾化-双辊急冷法制备的AZ91镁合金粉末态为细小等轴晶组织，晶粒尺寸1-3μm，组织为α-Mg过饱和固溶体和微量的细小β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相组成；粉末挤压棒材为等轴晶组织，晶粒尺寸5-7μm，组织中含有大量细小的β-Al_(12)Mg_(17)以及AlMg_2Zn析出相，室温力学性能，抗拉强度383MPa，屈服强度275MPa，断后伸长率7.5%。

The above problems are studied in this thesis. First, the implicit NND scheme with mix flux splitting method proposed by Zhang Hanxin that is first order accurate in time and second order in space is modified. The modified scheme keeps the characteristics of fast convergence and is second order accurate both in time and space. It can be capable of simulating the unsteacly flow. Second, the topological method founded by Zhang Hanxin is improved to study the characteristics of vortex near the singular point on its axis and the cross streamlines on the longitudinal section passing the vortex axis. On the basis of topological results, a program which visualises numerical results is made out. It can help us analyse the characteristics of vortex motion.

本文对上述问题做了研究：第一，在数值模拟方面，借助于张涵信提出的NND算法和混合通量法，我们将他建立的时间为一阶、空间为二阶精度的快速隐式算法推广为时间和空间均为二阶精度的算法，这样做保留了原格式收敛快的特点，而且能适用于真实的非定常流态的计算；第二，将张涵信的拓扑分析方法加以推广，研究了涡轴附近及破裂点邻域内流场的空间特征，并以这些拓扑分析结果为指导，研制了一套显示计算结果的软件，这一软件能很好地帮助我们分析流场的计算结果和旋涡演变的特征。
