The influence law of feed rate of idle roll on the quality of end face of ring,axial width spread ratio,roll force,roll moment and metal flow characteristic in cold ring rolling process has been explored through the FEM numerical simulation of the ring with rectangular cross-section based on the elastic-plastic dynamic explicit FEM under the Abaqus software environment.

基于Abaqus/Explicit提供的显式动力学有限元算法，对矩形截面环件冷辗扩进行了有限元数值模拟，揭示了芯辊进给速度对环件冷辗扩过程中环件端面质量、轴向宽展率、辗扩力、辗扩力矩以及金属流动特性的影响规律，并从金属塑性成形原理和塑性加工力学等角度对这些规律进行了合理的解释，从而获得了进给速度对冷辗扩成形的影响规律，为环件冷辗扩在实际应用中进给速度的选择提供了依据，对揭示冷辗扩成形机理也具有十分重要的意义。

结果表明：锻棒中的B2相呈较宽的纤维状，主要的织构组分接近{112}〈111〉和{110}〈111〉；热挤压管纤维组织变细且发生碎化，多数晶粒的{111}取向接近管材的轴向；冷轧管相组成为B2、β-Nb和4Ni2O，纤维组织发生严重碎化，抑制了马氏体相变的进行，{111}〈110〉和{112}〈110〉成为主要的织构组分。

In the present study, through using non-linear three dimensional finite element analysis, considering the contact in flange to nut and flange to gasket, we accurately computed the stress distribution in the flange joint in the normal work condition.
