目的 应用bBMP/纤维蛋白复合物早期治疗关节内骨折。方法采用内固定与局部bBMP/纤维蛋白复合物植入，1995～1997年共治疗6例，其中男性5例，女性1例，平均年龄34，5岁。全部病例一次完成手术，术后辅助CPM治疗。结果使用方法简单，较传统疗法骨和骨软骨愈合时间缩短，关节功能恢复较满意。结论纤维蛋白可以作为BMP的一种载体，具有临床应用价值。
