Results: Most synovial sarcomas located in the extremities close to joints. Synovial sarcomas detected by radiography typically appeared as round, oval or multilobulated juxtaarticular soft-tissue masses with calcification in some cases. The most common CT appearance of synovial sarcoma was heterogeneous deep -seated soft-tissue mass with attenuation similar to or slightly lower than that of muscle. On T1WI, synovial sarcomas typically appeared as prominently heterogeneous multilobulated soft tissue masses with signal intensity similar to or slightly higher than that of muscle. On T2WI, synovial sarcomas appeared as prominent heterogeneity with predominantly high signal intensity.

结果：大部分滑膜肉瘤位于关节旁；X线表现为圆形、椭圆形或分叶状软组织肿块，部分可见肿块内钙化；典型的CT表现为较深在的、等或稍低密度不均匀的软组织肿块；磁共振T1WI与肌肉信号相比，滑膜肉瘤表现为分叶状、不均匀、等或稍高信号，T2WI则表现为高信号为主的不均匀信号；DSA呈显著的肿瘤实体染色及新生血管。

The study sample was composed of 40 female patients with maxillary excess or bimaxillary protrusion. The mean age of patient was 25.9. All patients had undergone the modified Wunderer technique for anterior subapical osteotomy. The postoperative follow-ups were all over 6 months. We studied the relationship between movement of anterior maxillary segment and soft tissue changes over nose and lip areas by the statistics in the hard tissue displacement and soft tissue changes 3 and 6 months postoperatively.

METHODS: A total of 20 patients with congenital meso immaturity cleft palate, aged 2-12 years, were randomly and evenly divided into control and bone grafting groups. Orthodox simplex two-flap operation was used to repair cleft palate in the control group, and two-flaps operation was adopt to repair soft tissue meanwhile implant OAM to repair bone defects in cleft hard palate in bone grafting group.

Objective To summarize the experience of using the cross-finger flap to repair the soft tissue defect in fingers. Methods 56 injured cases with soft tissue defect complicated bone or tendon exposure were repaired by cross-finger flap.

目的 总结运用邻指皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的经验及体会方法对56例外伤后伴有骨或肌腱外露的手指软组织缺损运用邻指皮瓣进行修复。

Methods:The wounds of 131 patients （164 limbs）were thoroughly debrided and closed as early as possible.After the debridement, 107 limbs were treated with external fixation , 34 limbs with unreamed interlocked tibial nails, 11 limbs with steel plates , and so on.

131例（164肢）患者入院创面反复冲洗清创，早期修复软组织为主，提供软组织修复的初期稳定，选择合适的固定方式，外支架固定107肢，不扩髓绞锁髓内钉固定34肢，钢板内固定11肢，石膏外固定7肢等。
