Objective: To set up a computer-aided x-ray soft tissue cephalometric analysis system and study the soft tissue profile in Heilongjiang province.

目的：利用计算机建立软组织X线头影测量分析系统；研究黑龙江省正常成人软组织侧貌形态。

METHODS: Through vestibular and columellar approach, the major alar cartilage and nasalis were repositioned to the normal anatomical positions, the deviated septum and columella were corrected by cutting the abnormal attachment of the orbicular muscle to the anterior nasal spine.

鼻唇畸形二期修复时做鼻翼缘前庭合并鼻小柱切口，矫正大翼软骨、鼻肌、鼻小柱及鼻中隔的异常解剖位置，离断鼻中隔的异常附着，部分患者去除多余的鼻中隔组织，并将鼻中隔软骨末端可靠固定在正确的位置，与软组织逢合固定，或与前鼻棘等骨性组织缝合固定，同时矫正偏斜的鼻小柱等软组织，通过鼻部软、硬组织的矫正，恢复鼻的正常形态。

Methods A concept of compartmental localization of heel, including the low area, posterior area, upper area, medial area and lateral area was considered on the base of anatomy, and the difference of soft tissue deepth, compression resistance, confiction resistance, according to which the feeling function was reconstructed by the flaps based on vessel and nerve, or by the flaps based on vessel with nerve anastomasis.

对足跟进行解剖学观察，分别测量各部位软组织厚度，根据各部位承受重力及摩擦程度不同，将跟分为跟底、跟后、跟上、跟内、跟外5个区域。修复时根据各个创面所在区域及软组织厚度不同特点，选择不同的带血管、神经蒂皮瓣或吻合神经的带血管蒂皮瓣转移。

objective to analyze the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureusand provide suggestion for clinical rational use of antibiotics.methods secretion of those neonates suffered primary skin soft tissue infection and admitted during june,2005 to december,2007 was cultured and 113 strains of staphylococcus aureus were detected.we used k-b diffusion methods to determine their susceptibility to the common used antibiotics.results resistance rates of staphylococcus aureus to ampicillin/sulbactam,penicillin-g and cefazolin were 14.2%,40.7%and 6.2% respectively; there was no vancomycin-resistant strain.conclusion the resistance of staphylococcus aureus is not a serious problem in neonatal dermatic soft tissue infection.local treatment is the major approach in clinic,while general anti-infection consisting mainly of penicillin and first generation cephalosporin is chosen to avoid resistance mutation of staphylococcus aureus resulted from abuse of antibiotics.

多重聚合酶链反应快速鉴别葡萄球菌及。。。乳腺脓肿分离到葡萄球菌的鉴定和药敏。。。目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性，指导临床合理用药。方法对我院2005年6月至2007年12月新生儿原发性皮肤软组织感染患儿的分泌物进行培养，共检出金黄色葡萄球菌113株，并采用kb纸片扩散法对其进行常用抗生素的药敏试验。结果金黄色葡萄球菌对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、青霉素g及头孢唑啉的耐药率分别为14.2%、40.7%和6.2%，未发现耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌。结论在新生儿皮肤软组织感染中金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药问题并不十分严重，临床处理应以局部为主，全身抗感染治疗宜以青霉素及i代头孢类抗生素为主，避免过度使用抗生素加速金葡菌的耐药突变。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

CT images of the 6 UAs showed homogenous and low density in comparison with muscles. Of the 6 UAs, 2 (33%) were lobulate, 4 (67%) were regularly round or oval; 1 (17%) had bone septa, 2 (33%) had root resorption of the neighboring teeth, 3 (50%) had cortical perforation. All UAs showed well-circumscribed margins without soft tissue masses. Three UAs were examined by enhanced studies and showed mild to moderate enhancement of the wall. Of the 5 MAs, 3 (60%) showed low to intermediate density as compared with muscles, 2 (40%) showed homogenous and intermediate density; 3 (60%) had bone septa; 3 (60%) showed root resorption or destruction of the neighboring teeth. All 5 MAs were lobulate with cortical perforation, soft tissue masses, and ill-defined margins. All 3 MA5 examined by enhanced studies showed strong enhancement. CONCLUSIONS: SMAs are usually seen in middle-aged patients.

UA病变平扫时与肌肉相比内部都呈均匀低密度，其中4例(67%)呈较规整的圆形或椭圆形，2例(33%)呈分叶状，3例(50%)局部骨皮质有缺损，但未见软组织肿块形成，l例(17%)见不全骨性分隔，2例(33%)邻近牙根有吸收，行增强扫描的3例囊壁均呈轻中度的强化。5例MA的病灶都呈分叶状，且骨皮质均被穿破并有软组织肿块形成，边界不清，其中3例(60%)平扫时与肌肉相比呈等低混杂密度，2例(40%)呈较均匀等密度，3例(60%)可见不全的骨性分隔，3例(60%)见牙根的吸收或破坏，行增强扫描的3例都呈明显强化。

However, only one patient had relapse in the soft tissue two years later. The en bloc excision was performed again. Thus, the relapse ratio was 11%. According to Mankin score, there was excellent (n=3), well (n=4), passable (n=1), and poor (n=1), thus the finess ratio was 80%.

所有患者骨内无复发，仅1例术后2年软组织内复发，并再次行软组织内肿瘤切除，复发率为11%。9例患者中按Mankin标准评定，优3例，良4例，可1例，差1例，优良率为80%。
