Submental artery island flap is a good method to repair the skin and soft tissues defection of the facial surface

颏下动脉蒂岛状瓣具有下颜面部组织类似的特性，颜色、质地好，供区隐蔽，手术操作相对简单，安全、快速，是修复下颜面部皮肤软组织缺损的较好方法。

Patients with facial skin defects from trauma or resection of scar and nevus were treated using submental island flap. The flap was designed with its size ranging from 5cm×3cm to 10cm×5cm. All flaps survived with primary healing, and the cosmetic results were satisfactory.

应用颏下岛状皮瓣修复因创伤、瘢痕或痣切除所致面部皮肤软组织缺损10例，皮瓣面积最大者10cm×5cm，最小者5cm×3cm.10例皮瓣均完全成活，面部形态满意。

Objective To investigate the operative procedure and the cl inical results of reverse lateral tarsal artery flap in treating forefoot skin and soft tissue defect.

目的 探讨逆行跗外侧动脉皮瓣修复前足皮肤软组织缺损的手术方法及临床疗效。

Results HRCT findings of 45 cases of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma included abnormal soft-tissue mass shadows in tympanic cavity of middle ear,sclerotic mastoid were observed in most cases, and bone changes including enlargment of the tympanic cavity with sclerotic border, the dislocation and destruction of the ossicles.The sigmoid sinus plate,tympanic tegmen, semicircular canal and facial nerve canal were destroyed in severe cases.

结果 胆脂瘤型慢性中耳炎患者HRCT表现：①45例均见中耳腔内团块状软组织影；②40例为硬化型乳突（88.9%）；③骨质改变包括中耳腔扩大和周缘骨质硬化、听小骨的移位、破坏、乳突骨质的破坏，严重者可伴有乙状窦壁、鼓室盖、面神经管及半规管的破坏。

There were no bone erosion in the 3 ears with simple type otitis media, and the 19 ears with cholesteatoma showed: abnormal soft-tissue and bony erosion in the tympanic cavity and antrum; dislocation and disruption of the ossicular chain; and showed disruption of sigmoid sinus plate, tegmen tympani, semicircular canal and facial nerve canal in severe cases.

胆脂瘤型中耳炎SCT-3DI示：鼓室、鼓窦内软组织影和骨质破坏，听骨链移位和破坏，严重者破坏鼓室盖、面神经管、外半规管和乙状窦板等，与手术中所见基本相符。
