软瘤

By the test of clonal growth in soft agar medium , we compared the ability of cloning and proliferating among these three kinds of cells. The cell cycle was analyzed by FCM and morphosis of cells was observed under transmission eletron microscope.

通过细胞生长曲线，比较卵巢癌细胞系HO－8910与8910－p93、8910一pCDNA3.1（转染空载体ncDNA3.l）的增殖情况；通过软琼脂克隆形成试验比较这3种细胞的克隆形成能力和增殖能力；利用流式细胞仪检测这3种细胞的细胞周期的改变情况：利用透射电镜观察转染p93基因的细胞的超微结构变化；利用裸鼠移植瘤实验比较HO七与8910个93在动物体内生长状况。

Results: 5 cases of type angioblastic meningiomas are soft presenting hypotensity or slightly hypotensity on T1WI, while hyperintensity on T2WI.

结果：5例血管瘤脑膜瘤表现最典型，在T1WI上呈低或稍低信号，在T2WI呈高信号，质地软。

Pathology studies of the bronchial biopsies revealed endobronchial chondroid hamartoma.

经由切片病理组织报告此肿瘤为一软骨性过误瘤。

Leaf sheaths densely pilose or with caducous tubercle-based hairs; leaf blades linear-lanceolate, 10–60 × 0.5–2 cm, tapering to base and apex, softly pubescent; ligule 1–2 mm, glabrous or ciliolate.

叶鞘密被柔毛或具早落的基于小瘤的毛；叶片线形披针形 10-60 * 0.5-2 厘米，渐狭至基部和先端，软的短柔毛；叶舌1-2毫米，无毛或者具短缘毛。

Results MRI features of intracranial lymphoma were as follows:(1) Single or multiple lesions,most in supratentorial site.(2) Round or irregular in shape,hypointensity on T1WI and isointensity or hyper-intensity on T2WI,with homogenous signal.(3) Edema around the lesion,with mild space-occupying effect.(4) Markedly enhanced.(5) Disseminated via leptomeninges and/or via ventricular ependyma.(6) Sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.(7) Changeable in size and shape.

结果 病灶单发或多发，以幕上分布为主；圆形或不规则形，T1WI呈低信号，T2WI呈等或高信号，信号多均匀；瘤周水肿及占位效应多较轻；增强扫描病灶均明显强化；可侵及软脑膜和/或室管膜并沿之播散；对放、化疗敏感；形态、大小可变化。

Results: MRI features of primary malignant lymphoma were as follows:①single or multiple lesions, mostly in supratentorial region;②round or irregular in shape, hypointense on T1WI, hypointense or isointense on T2WI with homogenous signal;③mild edema around the lesion with mild space occupying effect;④remarkable enhancement of the lesion;⑤involvement of leptomeninges and/or dissemination via ventricular ependyma;⑥sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Size and shape changed remarkedly after treatment.

结果：脑内淋巴瘤MRI表现为：①肿瘤单发或多发，以幕上分布为主；②形态圆形或不规则形， T1WI呈低信号， T2WI以高信号为主，信号不均匀；③瘤周水肿及占位效应较轻；④增强扫描肿瘤明显不均匀强化；⑤可侵及软脑膜、室管膜并沿之播散；⑥肿瘤对放疗和化疗敏感；形态、大小变化明显。

There are no previous reports of subpial, extramedullary growing central nervous system hemangiopericytomas.

我们发现了一例长在软脑膜下的颅内血管外皮细胞瘤。

A strain of breast tumor cell line ZHL2006 was established and biologically identified. The ZHL2006 cells grew fast in vitro and the population doubling time was 43.6h. Electronmicroscopical observation showed that there were microvilli on the surface of the cells, nucleus irregularity, karyoplasmic ratio increased, nucleolus distinctness, et al.. Chromosome number and structure were abnormal. Immunohistochemistry showed that PCK were expressed. The ZHL2006 cell line could form onto clone in soft agar and had oncogenicity in athymic mice.

ZHL2006细胞在体外生长迅速，群体倍增时间为43.6h；倒置相差显微镜及Giemsa染色镜下观察细胞为多边形及梭形；透射电镜观察可见细胞表面有微绒毛，核高度不规则，核浆比例增大，核仁明显等；染色体数目和结构异常；广谱细胞角蛋白染色阳性，说明其自上皮而非来自基质；同时ZHL2006细胞系在软琼脂中可形成克隆，具裸鼠致瘤性。

结节病为一种不明原因的炎性病变，可以影像多个系统，包括中枢神经系统，女性多见，大于10：1，黑人比白人更多见，15%病人累及中枢神经系统，5%有神经症状，脑神经功能障碍和尿崩症是最常见的神经系统结节病的临床表现，MR改变包括脑膜增厚及强化，孤立性肿块或多发性小，散在的脑膜或实质病变，此例病例中MR图像出现增厚强化的垂体蒂伴有软脑膜病变，强烈提示结节病，伴随脑膜炎尤其是真菌性，通常T2表现为低信号，虽然这些也能够在霉菌病/淋巴瘤/脑膜瘤中看到。
