This paper reviewed its pathogenesis, forms, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Here a case of neonatal hypophosphatasia is reported. This baby was female (30 minutes old). Prenatal ultrasound showed disproportionate biparietal diameter and long bones of limbs in the baby. After birth, she presented with obvious craniomalacia, respiratory distress and cyanosis. Serum alkaline phosphatase level was significantly reduced. Both X-ray and autopsy showed extremely insufficient skeletal mineralization. Four days later she died of respiratory failure.

该文对其发病机制、分型及临床表现、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后进行了综述，并介绍了在该院诊断明确的1例新生儿型的罕见病例，患儿为出生30 min女婴，产前B超提示胎儿双顶径与四肢长骨不成比例，生后即有明显的颅骨软化、呼吸困难和紫绀等表现，血碱性磷酸酶显著低下，X线表现及尸检结果均提示骨骼矿化极度低下，4 d后因呼吸衰竭死亡。

It was founded that the hardness distribution is approximately symmetrical to the center of welding line , the weakest zone of the whole joint is about 10mm from the center of the welding line . The HAZ of the welding line has an intenerate zone. the center of the welding line presents a typical dendritic casting structure.

结果表明：焊接接头的硬度以焊缝中心线为对称轴呈近似对称分布，焊接接头的最薄弱环节位于距焊缝中心约10mm处，焊接接头的热影响区内存在一个软化区。

Compressive strength curing 7 days of lime-polishing powder binder is slightly higher than those of lime-fly ash binder, but amplitude of strength curing 28 days is obvious high, average amplitude is up to 190% and maximal amplitude is up to 210% comparing to fly ash-lime binder. Lime-PP binder preceded lime-FA binder in intenerate index of 7 days and 28 days under the same ratio of PP to lime condition.

结果表明：在相同配比条件下，石灰－抛光砖粉结合料与石灰－粉煤灰结合料相比，前者的早期抗压强度略有提高，28d抗压强度增幅明显，平均增幅达190%，最大增幅高达210%；前者的7d、28d软化系数均高于后者，具有更好的水稳定性。

It is found that UIFR with softening point of 90℃, OH value of 32mg KOH/g andM of 377 g/mol is synthesized when molar ratio of isobutyraldehyde to formaldehyde is 1.5, molar ratio of aldehyde to urea is 6, vacuum distillation temperature and time is 140℃ and 1 h respectively. The terpolycondensate is soluble in most solvents, of paints and exhibits excellent yellowing-resistance.

结果表明，在异丁醛、甲醛摩尔比为1.5，醛、脲摩尔比为6，真空蒸馏温度为140℃、时间为1h的条件下，合成出的UIFR软化点为90℃，羟基值为32mgKOH/g，M为377g/mol，且树脂具有良好的溶解性和杭黄变性。
